I think I've come up w/a somewhat decent UU team. However it needs lots of help. EVs are HP/At/Def/spd/Sp At/Sp Def

UU physical sweeper. Return for stab, e-quake just because, HP Ghost for ghost. I don't know if Substitute is the best last move or not.

Why HP:fire on Espeon? Unless you're going to pair it with Sunny Day (and Morning Sun), I think HP:dark/Bite would be better. Plus, HP:Fire doesn't allow maxed speed.

I think Magneton should be Modest, with either HP:grass for Swampert or HP:fire for Forretress (which can still survive it with max HP and special defense, which is why it might be wise to pair it with Charcoal [which doesn't really matter that much, since it's just Skarmory-klling TecH anyway.]).

Tauros makes a good Choice Bander, in which case the last slot should be Hyper Beam.

Meganium looks good, though I've found Rest to be more reliable than Synthesis on something like this, 8 PP isn't really enough for something playing a stalling game, and if you're Poisoned, you're dead.

Donphan is good, though Rapid Spin might not be a bad idea.

Primape looks good.

Good for an UU team, definately.

Maybe you could go rest over synthesis on meganium because rest is obv~ better for stalling, plus it cures poison, burns, etc.

This might seem out of the ordinary, but you could use white herb over leftovers on charizard to have the ability to use two full-power overheats. Also, something like intimidate won't hinder charizard.

On Charizard, Dragon Dance might be the way to go, it depends on your needs and the environment. And Swords Dance and a special attack never really appealed to me, I'd usually go with three physical attacks, then Swords Dance or Overheat for the last slot.
