I've been having this problem for the last couple of days and I've been wondering how to fix it.
It seems that time doesn't pass in my game. The clock in "my room" keeps going, but my berries won't grow...the berry master hasn't given me any berries for about 2 weeks now, and all of the "one a day" things won't happen for me anymore...
Any ideas on how to fix that?
Also, if it makes any difference, my gameplay time is 98:10
One more thing...this game doesn't have day and night does it? It's been so long that I've forgotten...
Thank you sooooooooo much for your help.

Ah, you have the Berry Glitch. Time, just, doesn't exist when you have it. To fix it, do one of these;
1. Download Jirachi (Pokemon Colosseum pre order)
2. Hook up with Colosseum (trade or just download your team)
3. Trade with Fire Red or Leaf Green
I'm pretty sure I heard getting the Shiny Zigzagoon from Gamestop will work...
Second question, nope, no day and night, but it looks light night sometimes when it rains.
Anyone know if there's night and day in FR/LG? (sorry for asking a question in your topic :-p)

the problem is, I can't get Jirachi. I don't have Colesseum (but want it), and Red/Green aren't out yet..Is there nothing else I can do?
BTW: the wierdest thing, I actually caught a shiny Zigzagoon in the wild, go figure...

Heh, that is funny.
Sorry, but those are the only things you can do. On Gamefaqs Ruby board, there is a guy who is oferring to download Jirachi from the bonus disc (and any other one Pokemon you want from Action Replay) for four dollars. A good deal, I'm thinking about it myself, but some people don't trust... Well, much of anything online.
So, you have a couple choices.
1. Buy Colosseum and a cable to connect your game to your Gamecube
2. Wait for Fire Red/Leaf Green
3. Spend four dollars to get Jirachi and another Pokemon downloaded to your game
1 is expensive, 2 will make you wait a long time, 3 is just a matter of trust.

I'm presuming the US has done this aswell, but Nintendo has set up an address in the Uk you can mail your cart to and they'll fix it. They also said to have at least one free space in your team for "a special gift". Unfortunatly I already linked up with Colosseum so I don't know what that gift is. Probably Shiny Zigzagoon or Jiraichi.

On the subject of Saphire and problems...
My sister has Saphire, and every-so-often a background noise starts playing, and won't stop until the game is switched off. It's a sort of hissing, almost like a sound effect for the sea. Any ideas whats causing that? Berry glitch has been removed, and it doesn't happen on other games.
Is there any way for you not to get the berry glitch?

Apparently "newer" R/S game carts don't have the Berry Glitch. I don't know what the cut-off date is, or even how you can tell when your cart was made.
The only definitive way (that I know of) to find out if you need the Berry Program update is to get it from either the Jirachi disc or the EB Games/Game Stop disc. Both will tell that either your program is being updated or your program doesn't need to be updated.
PS - I have the Jirachi/Berry Upgrade disc, and I won't charge you anything to update your cart and give you Jirachi. I've already done this for 4 people from another site, and can provide references. I only ask that you include enough postage to send your cart back. (I'm also trying to get the EB Games disc. If I do, I'll also give a Shiney Zigzagoon@Lieche Berry)
