I just started back into the game, bought half a box of hidden legends, and dug through my old crap. while digging, I found a promo mewtwo that was numbered 12. It's the one with telekineses. Toywiz says that its extremely rare and a treasure to anyone's collection, but wouldn't give a price, how much is it worth?

Well, it's rare but not a treasure.
It was given to subscribers of Nintendo Power.
It was reprinted in Legendary Collection, though, so it's rarity was diminished.
A quick check of eBay shows it going for between $5 and $8.
