whats the best hand desruction deck

i have a black hand destruction deck but its so slow and only wins about half the time how can i make it better what cards should be in it

mayby geth gethmore book thingy, i not sure if thats spelled right, well what it does is when ever n oppenent discards from ur hand you draw a card, just a suggestion..
