Need help with the Under is Pokemon Coloseum!

Ummm right when you go down the main elevator there is a boy locked up in a cage! How do I free him? How do I meet the head lady? Where are the other disks? All I have is the forward one. When are those kids going to be done with that satilite dish? Please help me I am so lost and I don't know where to begin!

After he gets locked up in the cage you should be able to battle two female Cipher members. Defeat them and then go talk to the boy from outside of the cage. He'll give you the R-Disk. You can use that to move to the right on the UFO, and you'll end up in a TV studio where you can crash Venus's next broadcast. Be prepared for a long haul because not only do you have to swipe her Suicune, but you have to take 4 other trainers' Shadow pokémon after the battle (you chase Venus to an underground rail station).

Oh, and later on you'll need a Subway Key. If you return to area right in front of the Rail Station you should find it on the ground. That location isn't immediately obvious, so I figured I should say something now.
