Mossdeep City question

i dont know if anyone else has noticed this but in mossdeep city there is a house down and a little to the right of the pokemon center, and in this house there is an old man who talks about when he was young he traveled the world and stuff and behind him is a door that apears to be locked has anyone gotten into this door and if so how, or maybe you can get in there.

I think you have to use those E-cards that came with the game to get in there. Don't worry if you can't get E-reader though, all you do in there is battle 3 pathetic pokemon and get nothing for it. xD xD

Yeh that house door has to do with a special game boy e-reader function where you cand scan in and have pokemon card battles with your friends. It is nothing spectacular I recommend that you go to nintendo.com for more information.

It's BT style, minus the prize at the end (and level restriction). That is, you can't keep stolen items, you get no experience, and no cash.

Gee, you guys make it sound pointless, I admit I wouldn't shell out my money to get an E-Reader, but for those that have it the Mosdeep battles don't seem too bad.

To unlock 'Mystery Event' (So E battle cards can be used)
Go to that guy near the PC in Petalburg and tell him your profile is 'Mystery Event is exciting'

But I'm sure most people know that already.
