Okay, so much experimenting with all possible pokemon I can! So here goes...

Gorebyss/Female/Swift Swim/Calm/Chesto
EVs: 252 Hp, 129 Def, 129 Sp.Def
Rest
Iron Defense
Amnesia
Baton Pass

A personal favorite of baton passers, it is quite reliable!

Sceptile/Male/Overgrow/Timid/Petaya
EVs: 6 Hp, 252 Sp.Atk, 252 Spd
Leaf Blade
Dragon Claw
HP: Water
Crunch

Standard isn't it? Special sweeper!

Dunsparce/Male/Serene Grace/Adamant/Leftovers
EVs: 252 Hp, 129 Atk, 129 Def
Body Slam
Headbutt
Counter
HP: Ghost

Can anyone say 1337? OU but cheaper than some ubers...

Dusclops/Female/Pressure/Impish/Leftovers
EVs: 252 Hp, 129 Def, 129 Sp.Def
Night Shade
Will-O-Wisp
Confuse Ray
Rest

PP Wasting Tank, and incredibly hard to take down when BP'd extra defenses...

Machamp/Male/Guts/Adamant/Liechi (Leftovers)
EVs: 252 Hp, 129 Atk, 129 Def
Earthquake
Cross Chop
HP: Rock
Bulk Up

I consider him decent. Too slow to take advantage of Rock Slide, so HP: Rock instead.

Ninetales/Female/Flash Fire/Modest/Leftovers
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk, 129 Hp, 129 Spd
Flamethrower
Toxic/Will-O-Wisp
Fire Spin
Confuse Ray

Well, I am considering perhaps Modest nature with EVs: 252 Hp, 129 Sp.Atk, and 129 Spd. But I am not sure it would fit, but I need some opinions!

Well there is the team, and once again, I didn't check the weaknesses, but I will do that later... Man I hope I didn't screw up too bad... Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Only double weakness I could find is to Flying. I am sure I could have missed some!

a rate for ur even newr team...

Gorebyss- for EVs i would give more Speed, since a Baton Passer needs to be as quick as possible.

Sceptile- looks ok

Dunsparce- Counter over Attract

Dusclops- Good, you could also do-
Dusclops@female/Pressure/Imphish/Chesto
EVs: 252 Defense, 252 Special Defense, 6 HP
Curse
Confuse Ray
Night Shade
Rest

Machamp- 252 Attack EVs, 252 Speed. with Attack EVs, use Return over Bulk Up

Ninetales- Looks a lto like mine and it works really well, go with Speed and Special Attack EVs and Timid or Modest Nature, and have him hold the Lum Berry, it works really well

on a final note, u seem to have an unhealthy (in my opinion) obsession with HP EVs, other stats are far more important than HP most of the time.

The Machamp was originally a Hariyama (Yes I know, what was I thinking?) and Heracross would add another double weakness to the team (Fire). And I also think he is a bit cheap... But thanks, I will consider another fighting type!

nothing's cheap, if the pokemon can naturally learn the move, it's not cheap, it becoems cheap if you use a code to give any pokemon any move you want or sumthin like that

But I have seen way too much of Heracross lately, and he doesn't really work all that well for me.

Hmm...I've been thinking about the EVs on dusclops for a while now...

Maybe 252 HP, 58 Def, 200 SpD might work better. I say this because a burn decreases a pokemon's attack rating, (will-o-wisp) so maybe that EV distribution would be more helpful.

I'd recommend this setup on Dusclops...

Dusclops@Leftovers
Bold: 252 HP, 129 Def, 129 Sp Def
Calm Mind
Ice Beam
Rest
Will-o-wisp

Calm Mind for extra Sp. Def, WoW, Ice Beam, and Rest when needed. My personal favorite set.

Also, a good BPer for Machamp would be useful. *cough*Ninjask*cough*
