Well, I guess you can say i was inspired by the Sneak tourney ideas.
Anyways..
-Battles will be played out In RBY, GSC, RS-200, and RSFL formats
-Single Elimination (WTF?)
-All RS battles will alternate between 1vs1 and 2vs2 each round, just to make it interesting.
-32 people, 4 divisions.
-people in each division will be randomized each round, so you'll never know if you'll be playing RBY in the first round or RSFL in the 2nd round.
-During the Semifinals, one of the two availible formats will be chosen by the player with the best record during round 3
-a log of each battle must be sent to me
-GGFan Clause is active (person cannot use more than 1 Screenname, pretending to be someone else)
-participants can use either the 3 bots (RBYBot, Mettallicbot/GSbot, & Darkbot/RSbot) or Netbattle, but players have to come up with some sort of agreement. Otherwise, its strictly the bots.

RBY Rules:
-no Mew/Mewtwo
-OHKO, Minimize, & Double Team = banned
-GSC influence is banned
-Sleep Clause is active
-Species Clause is active
-Self-KO clause is active (Last pokemon using Explosion/S-destruct = automatic forfeit)
GSC Rules:
-no Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-oh, or Celebi
-Heal Bellers cannot have recovery moves
-Hidden Power Legends are banned
-NYPC influence is banned
-Identical items CAN be used
-OHKO moves are banned
-Double Team and Minimize are limited to only 1 pokemon per team
-Sleep Clause is active
-Species Clause is active
-Self-KO clause is active (Last pokemon using Explosion, S-destruct, PerishSong, or Destiny Bond = automatic forfeit)
RS200 Rules:
-Only Pokemon that can be obtained in Ruby/Sapphire without outside influence (this includes the missing RBY & GSC pokemon, as well as Jirachi & Deoxys) can be used.
-Wynaut, Wobbuffet, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Latias, and Latios are banned.
-Colosseum, Box, & Fr/Lg influence is banned (includes the stat boost berries except Liechi berry, SD/Rockslide Rhydon, Surfing Raichu, etc)
-Identical items CAN be used
-OHKO moves are banned
-Double Team and Minimize are limited to only 1 pokemon per team
-Sleep Clause is active
-Species Clause is active
-Self-KO clause is active (Last pokemon using Explosion, S-destruct, PerishSong, or Destiny Bond = automatic forfeit)
