what EVs should i give a caSTFORM with this moveset?

Rain Dance
Sunny Day
Weather Ball

How come sandstorm doesnt change castforms appearance? It makes weather ball ground right? He should turn into a rock.

i don't know why sandstorm doesn't change its appearance. good ev distribution for it is 252 speed, 252 atk 6hp

Sandstorm is a Rock move, not Ground. And Castform gets no bonus from Sandstorm. Your set isn't all that great, Castform should either be Thunderdancing OR Sunnybeaming, preferably with the weather effect pseudo-passed. EVs should be 252 speed, 252 special attack, 6 HP. Or 252 HP, 128 defense, 128 special defense. Whatever floats your boat.

A sandstorm isn't weather, even if it counts as a weather condition in Pokemon.
