Ok, first thread.

Discuss the incredibility of Burn in Tag Dueling.

What counter measures can you take when they're packing 3 Solemns/3 Bribes and most likely are the CO variant?

what about a pacman deck and a plasma control running side by side
one runs to incinerate the opponent and help control thier field presence
while the other aims to control your opponent from using monster effects to stop you from killing them.

considering that you have virtually double the burn capacity in Team Dueling, but only 8000 Life Points, burn can get pretty deadly...

...And combined with the fact that they have double the protection, can pull out SDrain much faster leads me to believe that Tag Team needs its own banlist.

Burn breaks tag team dueling. Twice the burn, twice the stall, but the same lifepoints.

at my local tag team tournement me and my partner were both runing macro monarchs and where undefeated until we played 2 guys packing 3 just deserts a piece.

Me and my friend got the invite running DAD decks and beat pretty much everything, including twin 6 Samurai and Explosion / Bad Reaction combo. We might stick to that unless we think of something better.

Burn seems just dumb. I think it'd be cool to have one deck run all the draw power and one provide the stall. Both would also run essential stuff (3 Solemn and Bribes), but one would speed toward the wave motions while the other would use line after line of stall.

Cheap thats all that need to be said.No skill really.

Prohibition,Royal Decree,Jinzo,Noblemen of Extermination,Prime Matieral Dragon.Are just a few that come to mind.

At my locals.Me and this guy ran a Stall lock and Harpies.

Player b 1 Summons a monsters Ends Turn

Player a 2 Set Sol ends

Player B 2 Tributes To summon a Monster.One of them Solems it.

To Burn....Only major Burn cards.

Burn decks have NOT been doing very well in the Team Dueling Tournaments. Most of the people that have been topping them have run things like DaD/Six Sam. or other decks of that variety. Too many people side for the burn decks and they have too much trouble going off in games 2 and 3.
