Is it worth getting into this game?

I've never really played naruto before but have always wanted to... mainly just because i like the show.

Is it worth getting into the game right now? or is it still to under developed or something?

Theres pretty much 0 players in my area so if i started i would have to try and convince everyone else to start as well.

As you can imagine i play ygo, i wouldn't be quitting to get into this but is this really worth starting?

in my opinion yes, there is alot more stratagy in naruto than yugioh and you cant really make stupid mistakes and count on a single card to get you out of a tight situation as easily as yugioh. there are unfortunatly a few cards dominating the meta at the moment but a ton of players have been complaining to bandai and they may eventually erata them.

Is it the Gaara card? cause i'd like to get in on playing him before he's banned... or errata'd.

Just got to try and convice everyone else to play. Can someone give me some good reasons? is it cheap? is it hard? etc.

You don't need to even spend $50 to join the game (unless you want full out fire). Depends on the type you want to play, Naruto is the 2nd best card game I've played. WoW being the best, but since WoW isn't as popular around my area I stick with Naruto.

It's worth it to start playing. It's a lot cheaper than yugioh.
There isn't more strategy to naruto than yugioh, usually people who say "Such ands such game has more strategy than yugioh." have never really played it.
It's definitely different and has a lot of different mechanics and it's good in it's own right but comparing any tcg to yugioh or digimon is like comparing bananas to oranges.

It really depends on how many people play in your area. I quit because there were only eight others playing around me, and only two of them were any good.
