Reaper king is kinda interesting, but I doubt it will see too good. I mean, its overcosted, and yet ANOTHER win more card, which it seems like this set has alot of.

Kitchen Finks seems kinda meh. It might see a SMALL amount of play, but there are such better things like Masked Admirers which would be played before that (and are not played as much anymore).

I think it can be said that unless a creature has an awesome effect, the Power or Toughness of a creature must equal to or greater then its casting cost to be considered playable...

I would agree with that totally. Look at Teferi, and Tarmogoyf for example.
