There's nothing wrong with him, but he might be overpowered (not really, by Shadowmoor standards) and he's much more black than he is green.

i would say he is much more green/white and green/black. change it to GW, make it planes walk, and reduce him to a 4/4. 5/5 is a little hard to kill, 4/4 is easier. Basically you need to kill him quick when he touches down.

By current Lorwyn/Shadoormoor standards, he's fair. By most standards (My favourite is a RGW Type 1.5 Sliver Deck), he's a little strong. But really, let's compare him to Essense Sliver, which also was essentially a Lifelink everything card:

He's on par, and Essence was THE defining Sliver of Legions (Possibly tied with Brood) so...he's a bit strong for Ravnica or most sets, but fair by the level of the Lorwyn/Shadowmoor sets.
