do you mean statwise or coolness wise.

Stat: Exar Kun: he is just insane. He is uber powerful and makes reeks and mutants able to knock out Jedi in a couple hits, hes just mean.

Coolness: Tie between Darth Revan and Darth Vader, JH: Revan is.......Revan. Period. Vader, JH has a sweet pose and comon, he's the man in black.

They are Not making any more movies in the line (1, 2, 3, etc) Lucas said that III was the final film in the saga (which doesnt include things like Clone Wars). Maul DOES survive and is given robotic legs, though he is eventually killed by Vader
