Probably because it comes in a Tin. Try looking for the tin.

Yeah he came in the Gaara Quest for Power Tin that was being sold last year in late 2007. Currently all the Gaara Tins are sold out and/or possibly out of print.

The new Tins coming out this year have Platoon promos and it's said that there will be some new promos being released in The Chosen expansion next month.

could you post a fix for my earth/wind since you made a sweet one and i really liked it i would really be happy if someone like you posted a fix and if underbeit could do a fix that would be cool to and thanks for the gaara thing.

You talking about when I tweaked mine to be more Mental instead of non-Mental? Sure.

DBZ might be making a comeback in my area over Naruto but that doesn't mean I'm gonna quit even though I'm still on a losing streak in Naruto.

My other friends play some pretty good decks one is close to a Chunin level deck which is based around Jonins' Intervention.

Just for you to know, but garra's tin is out of print, the best you could do is get it as a trade, or try ebay.
