Yes. Mst does not negate anything so the card flip will occur and the swords will be destroyed by Mst.

It doesn't need to be. It is destroyed by its own effect on the third end phase of your opponent's turn. Until then, it stays on the field, and is vulnerable to cards like MST. It flips all monsters on your opponent's field face-up, and when MST is activated, it destroyes SoRL.
