This mainly involves Darksteel Reactor, some Arcbounds(e.g. Modulars), and even an Atog for easy sacing.
First Play:
Darksteel Reactor 4
Artifact
Darksteel Reactor is indestructible.
(Destroy effects and lethal damage don't destroy it.)
At the beginning of your upkeep you may put a charge counter on Darksteel Reactor.
When Darksteel Reactor has twenty or more charge counters on it you win the game.
Then Play Any Arcbound/Modular/Counter-Heavy Spell e.g.:
Arcbound Bruiser 5
Artifact Creature
Modular 3 (This comes into play with three +1/+1 counters on it. When it's put into a graveyard, you may put its +1/+1 counters on target artifact creature.)
Then Use Atogs effect, if you want. Or you could just play him until he dies and then put all his modular counters on the Darksteel Reactor.
