best way to evolve togepi

ive wasted hours just using cologne and soothe bell and leveling up(respectively)

well now its level 38 and its still a togepi!:mad:

any other ideas that can work?

or... can someone tell me about how many vivid scents to use

Just be patient and keep the soothe bell attached and never let it faint it battle, but be sure to use it in battle. Also, go to the guy in Gatonport in the club place. (he's upstairs). He should give you an idea on how much togepi likes you.

so is that all u do? just make it hold the soothe bell and keep battleing with it and dont let it die? well how long do i need to do that? and why do u need to go to the guy in the crab shack at gaton port? and do u need to use colognes like vivid sents and all that and if u can how many?
