View Full Version : Most ANNOYING things players SAY or DO during a match!

For me there are two things that make me wanted to reach across the table and slap my opponent.
1-Announcing your attack: most people simply summon and the say (attack) but I hate players who say the following…
I summon Breaker the Magical Warrior; Breaker the Magical Warrior will attempt an attack.
2-Narrating: Players who narrate the entire match out loud in a robotic voice including the smallest of details and they just don’t announce their moves but YOUR moves as well even things like telling me when my troop dies “you draw a card” ya thanks. I know and shut up! It drives me crazy.

Asking me "Cards in hand?" every turn, to which my usual response is "if you were paying attention to the duel, you would know".
(usually perpetated by my eldest daughter who runs a burn deck)
Singing Vicinity of Obscenity by System of a Down during a duel.
(usually perpetrated by my youngest one, who runs Zombies).
One friend who delights in playing Pigeonholing Book of Spell over MSN, thus forcing me to go & find my Webcam & hook it up (which I hate).
Other friends saying "finished your turn yet?" while I am still in MP1.
Others, who will ask me to play without my mat & then play Needle Wall & argue about what "space" my monster is in.
Jerky friends who will give me a "maths commentary" throughout the duel "that's a -1 oh noes" to which my usual reply is "I'm running Necrofear Return. Wtf do you expect?"

Narrating is actually pretty fun if you can make it so that your duel sounds extreme to the audience.
ie: (in narrating voice) "Its player A's turn. His field is decimated and he has few options. How will he counter the opponents THREE Zombie masters and a kokki? He draws, annnnddd HE ACTIVATES TREEBORN FROG!!! An amazing play that is both unexpected and could be a game finisher, but can he follow it up? He seems to be contemplating, perhaps it was only a bluff? BUT WAIT? Hes making a move! OMG MOBIUS! An expert addition to his treeborn frog. He is now activating mobius' affect, destroying not only card of safe return, BUT ALSO a facedown DUST TORNADO! Player B is shocked at this turn of events, but seems to have shrugged off this miner setback, his field of monsters will surely defend him....HOLD ON! Player A has that winning grin on this face. Could it be? Could he have it? AND HE DOES! LIGHTNING VORTEX HAS BEEN ACTIVATED! Player B can only watch as his field of monsters are destroyed in one switft stroke! Player A attacks and WINS THE MATCH! OMG!!!!. PLAYER A HAS CLAIMED VICTORY!!"
But then again, its also pretty gay...

Technically... we're supposed to do all of those things in a game. Announce each and every time we move into the different phases of our turn... however, we don't because it would take too damn long.
In your second example, one could technically say I do that as well. An example of my usual turn:
"Draw."
"Summon Example the I.E. Warrior, response?"
"Example to ..." (a short form of the monsters name to whatever I want to attack, it's a Chess thing)
"Set this/these to the backrow."
"Turn end/your go/you're up."

When people sing annoying songs or they talk sh.t during a game.

The most annoying thing I can think (not covered yet) of is when playing some one with a deck that can special summon like mad in a single turn and getting asked "Have I normal summoned yet?" or playing some one who runs a counter focused deck (spell/A/Fog/etc) and not coming with enough dice/counters/what ever to keep track of all of said counters that exist on the field.

I can handle most annoying things, but the one thing that really bugs me is when an opponent has his hand hovering over the top card of his deck for your entire turn, as if he will be drawing any second. To a lesser extent, this happens mostly right after the battle phase, and some people seem to "forget" about Main Phase 2.

One thing that annoys me is when people discard cards from your had randomly with thesalos or drop off etc, and they take your card, and put it in the graveyard for you. Thank you for doing that for me, its obvious I play this game because I am incapable of putting a card on the table in a specific area, i dont mind the fact that you've just treated me like a small child and possibly bent my card, and touched my cards without my permission. I also dont care about the fact that you would now be disqualified in a tournament.

I agree…sort of… I wouldn’t say I slow the game down but rather I don’t allow my opponent to rush me and take the appropriate amount of time to make my move which will vary on things like how many cards are in my hand, if it’s 3rd game and I’m low on LP or I’m playing a deck I’m not familiar with.

How do they act like they've done something amazing? It's not that amazing for a Monarch deck to kick a crappy deck's ass. Also (reffering to the bolded statement), I was unaware that the true goal in Yugioh was to make original decks, and not to win duels.

when they ask.. "cards in hand?!"
it pisses me off because its like the most ****** thing to ask...what the **** is wrong with just saying "how many cards are in your hand?" ...idk its annoying..
and it pisses me off when my opponents shuffles his hand .. it distracts and annoys me...
but the one thing that makes me mad the most is something that i bet like 90% of all you people do......the way u play....it annoys me when the person plays a card and uses like one finger to tap the card gently or uses their whole palm to tap the card...idk its hard to explain... what im basically saying is that the person does everything with their fingers and all gay like.....i bet you would kno what im saying if u saw it...cuz all the homos do it..

At my one local on Sunday, my friend was playing this annoying little kid (mac) that had a high-pitched shriek for a laugh, which wouldn't have been a problem, however, he laughed every time he did anything. Draw...HEHE I Attack...HEHE. It got to a point where my buddy just screamed at him: "Your voice makes me want to take a life." And the kid just went white, and shut up after that. And if your reading this, mac, I WILL END YOU.

It really GRINDS MY GEARS when your opponents does a move then they'll just redo without even saying a thing. ex. last sunday on a tourney this guy grabbed a monster from his deck with sangan's effect while shuffling his deck he kept looking at the field then he just changed his mind and picked another monster. I just let go though.

Oh, and another thing that grinds my gears, at locals you play some noobs that mess up and say "Can I redo that?" EVERYTIME!
atleast they ask you if they could redo it
also people who dont understand card rulings and dont believe me and get other nubs to help them make a point.
ex necrovalley stops ladds 3rd effect. nub says it doesnt. argues with me. gets biggest nub in store to come over and he plays only eheros. then explains it is same concept as necroid shaman.

what really ticks me off is when they don't take the time read(usally their own cards.) or even the "rules". EX. tried using mallace doll's effect when i fissured it. EX2. one person summoned in main1 then tried summoning again in main2, i let it slide(just before they ended their turn and i won)

I have never encountered a match where i was annoyed, expect when they drew a God hand. Then i would complain/curse/call them names. LOL
Always the feature point of the day is calling the opponent terrible for drawing a God Hand.

The most annoying thing people do are people who say "my turn?" before you turn is over, and draw(sometimes drawing an extra card!)/take a peak at their next card before you end your turn.
ill sometimes do that on accident... when i do i put the card back in the deck and ask my opponent to shuffle my deck again.

It drives me crazy.
what is so wrong about saying "i attempt to attack". if people say "i attempt to attack" then it's their choice.

I didn't say anything was wrong with it! I said it's annoying it just sounds gay everytime they summon a monster and give the full name "I summon Breaker the Magical Warrior", say it again "Breaker the Magical Warrior will ettempt an attack" IMO!

have you ever played against a little kid who is not gay but acts gay? and when you ask if he wants to cut he slaps your deck which contains a trooper, a baboon, 3 foil nimbles, a foil morphing jar and countless other sweet stuff? all i could reply with is,"remember to get a brain the next time you go to the dollar store"... his face was priceless, and the store owner laughed his butt off, awsome. besides that stuff people with side decks, nothing against 'em, but having a side deck just says "i'm not ready".

He announces all his phases like Enter draw phase draw card exit draw phase. He also knows all the anime names for the attacks of all cards and he says them its so annoying. I've only had one time where some one came close to annoying me during a duel, and that was back in the chaos era.
Random:I let you win
Me:Oh yeah?
Random:Yup, because you would have drawn your deck out, if you kept attacking with yata.
Me:Orly?
Random:Yes sir!
Me:You a really generous fellow.
Random:Thankyou!
Me:OH! BUT! WAIT!
Random:lol wut?
Me:There's something missing from my grave, I mean there's alot there, but it's missing!
Random: DID YOU LOSE A CARD!?
Me:No, but Black Luster Soldier is still in my deck along with several other cards I could have used to finish you off in one turn.
Random:........
Random's Crony:Ah well guys, it doesn't matter.
Random:Yeah I'm still good, man lulz.
Me:Well I'm off to beat the rest of the players here.
That's not exactly how the conversation went, but it was DAMN close to what actually transpired that day.
That was the day I completed my chaos deck, and 2-0ed most people I played that day, and I probably was more annoying than anyone else there. I was a really ****y(wow not allowed to say that? arrogant works then.) n00b with a great deck, and limited knowledge of the game.
There's one thing worse than a really arrogant n00b that can play good, and that's people who come dressed as characters from the damned show. I loved the show when I was younger, and watched it whenever I could, but even as a younger/stupider child, I realized that was the gayest freakin' thing ever.

Me: I activate mirror force. All your attack position monsters are gone.
Little kid: Lemme see that!!*takes my F-ing 30 dollar mirror force and slams it on his side of the table*
Me: *gets angry and calms down.* Listen kid, please don't slam my cards you're hurting them.
Little kid: Shut up!*throws my card at me*
Me: *enraged* That's it! *takes his deck and throws it across the room*
How do you like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????????????
Little kid: *Cries*
Me: Aww crap *feels like crap cause i made a little kid cry*
*Lets him win*
Scenario #2

Me: I'll play my breaker in attack mode
Opponent:JUDGE!
Me: I'll attack
Opponent:JUDGE!
Me: grrrrr
Opponent: JUDGE! My opponent is grunting.

i hate when people continue to play when they have no chance at winning. just scoop. when i play, if i see i am dug into a hole that i can not get out of, i will scoop up the game, regardless of how many cards i have or what life is. what i hate even more than people not scooping when they have no chance, is people not scooping when it is game. I was playing a kid one time, I atk with my monster to put him at 200 and end, he has no hand and no feild. he draws, looks at his card, and says "Go". why not just scoop? why make me say "attack." i mean, its tedious and just plain stupid.

I hate a lot of things, and a lot of them have to do with yugioh:
1.) People shuffling hands. Come on jackasses, it's the stupidest ****ing thing I've ever seen, and almost everyone does it. I once had a match at regionals where i won the first one, it was the second one, there was still 24 minutes left in the round, and I had the obvious advantage. Well, he sat there, shuffling his hand for LITERALLY 5 minutes, then goes, "I scoop."
2.) All this stupid ass lingo, I guess you can call it. Scoop for give up, all the stupid ass ways people say attack (push, poke, swing, etc, infinite spin cycle of jackassery), spin for return to the top of the deck, response to ask if he does anything, yours for when you end your turn, and TOO many more. Just speak ****ing English. NORMAL sentences, or at least words that don't make you sound like some giant jackass nerd. I mean, I know what they're saying most of the time, but it's stupid as hell. GOD DAMN.
3.) Screaming, whiny b*tches who complain like hell whenever anything, and I mean ANYTHING doesn't go EXACTLY their way, yet whenever they do something, it's 'pro'. Again, this is a lot of people. Probably some of you too.
4.) People who sat, 'response' when you have NO CARDS on the field. Enough said on that.
5.) People asking, "cards in hand?" all the time. SPEAK LIKE A NORMAL PERSON. People wonder why people who don't play yugioh often HATE people who do. THESE are some of the reasons why.

Part of yugioh is understanding the lingo that players use as they play. I have seen several people complain about the "cards in hand" thing. Personally I always ask, and my opponents always ask me. Whats wrong with that? What should we say, "excuse me sir, but do you mind telling me how many cards your currently holding in your hand?"
In the course of the game, your mind is generally focused on the game and its just easier for me to grab my card point it at your monster and say swing, rather than, My gladiator beast laquari will attack your breaker the magical warrior.
As for the response thing, its always good to ask for response because you never know what your opponent is playing. You activate premy, call, pot, I have no cards on the field, but what if I'm holding crow? You declare an attack, what if I'm playing kuriboh, or in a really bizzare case, what if I'm playing herald of purple/green light. Now personally I dont ask for a response when the opponent has no cards on the field (unless my card is crowable, because crow sees lots of main deck play), but I can understand why someone might.
If anything this thread shows that people are really petty and get upset over stupid things. Personally nothing really annoys me outside of a bad attitude, but most people I've encountered are cool, so even that doesnt get to me.

Fine, you want me to break it down.
1.) Just say, 'how many cards you got', or something like that.
2.) No, just say, 'attack this with that'. See how easy it is being normal?
3.) Why does everything have to be one word? Do you really have to play so fast that shortening everything to one word is what you do? I hope not.
4.) You can think what you want, but I'm telling you why a lot of non-yugioh players hate yugioh players.

What I hate the most is when people keep saying there phases when its obv. i know what phase there in. Also, I hate people who stall the game to god knows how long and I am afraid with the new rule change where you can write down just about anything on notepads and not just LP this will give stallers more of an adv. This means I have to raise my hand for the judge more often for calling them on stalling "sigh".

Yeah, I actually do what you do whenever i do anything I usually ask my opp. "do you have a response". The thing about ppl asking how many cards in hand do you have is that ppl say that over and over in the same freaking turn. Thats what makes it annoying. I can understand ppl just asking that once.

After the opponent loses, they explain WHY they lost and HOW they lost in great detail. It annoys me.
Yeah, or when they show you there hand and flip over there face downs like to say I would have had you... Or just asking what was your downs or in your hand?
Not only that, they pull that "I would've done this" or "On my next turn I woulda got you with this *show their hand*" BS on you, really annoying.
Yep.
Funny!!
I forgot about "Cards in hand?" every turn, so true.
Well if people wouldnt set there hands down your shullf it, we wouldn't have to...
I find it annoying how people keep saying, "imy turn?", you done?. you end? Its like if I wanted to end my turn, Id say it so shut up:mad:

First of all, response is a yugioh term. Saying "do you have anything" is not proper.
A player has access to the knowledge of how many cards you have in your hand at every point in the game state. I do not personally find it bothersome to answer but apparently other people do.
But, what really bugs me is when people do not declare all of their phases and ask me if I have a response to every action.
I also have a problem when people say "chain to summon".

Am i tired of seeing blue sleeves and peaople shuffling their hand every second! Even with only two cards in their hand they still do it, its rediculous :P
you cant help the blue sleeves. some people can remember which cards you draw so shuffling the hand every second prevents them from remember them, espcially if they get to see your hand. Joey you need to stop crying about people saying their every move because at a big tournament if you dont then you will get penilized.
Shinging Blue-eyes you are supposed to say " Chain to summon" at a reg other wise the judge will say you cant chain anything. Usually the only card no one says chain to summon is when they play torrential tribute. I bad at not saying battlephase but most can keep up with their Opp. When they leave a phase just say at the " end of " whatever phase you want to actiavate a card in.

Its called 'Terminology'. It has been part of the game for ages and nearly all bar people who have just began to play the understand, and if they have played other TCG's, they'll understand a few.
Go play an Online Video Game, or maybe another TCG and guess what you'll find...the same use of 'Terminology' which is meant to quicken play and save time.
But hey, if you want to lose due to time in a duel because you don't like these 'proper' uses of terminology to make sure you have the time to play a full out match, go right ahead. Its something smart, stop making it out to be anything else than that.
Secondly, YOU don't like it. I hardly see anyone else in this thread complain about it. It is a very petty thing to be arguing about and the fact you've continued against it shows a lack of actual knowledge of this games 'Terminology', why its used and why its used in a hell of a lot more places.
I know what I find annoying, people who have petty arguments against some back-bone pieces of a game that you find nearly everywhere and feel its something wrong when its just them. But then thats not on topic isn't it.
I don't actually have anything that annoys me, not yet anyway. Should consider myself 'blessed' lol.

Pretty bad for them? or just you cause your observing?
Cause since they would know what it all means, they don't care how it looks as long as they're playing the game. Playing it their way and not worrying.
Are people starting to get real pissy how you look while dueling? People trying to find a way to make YGO duels look more 'cool' or 'fashionable' or something?

Yeah, your opinion is fine. Thats fine, but what your trying to say is...
People who play this TCG. Use strange hand movements and speech that isn't normal.
It's called Terminology, is it that hard to understand. Go see another TCG in action, they probably have different 'speech' or 'hand movements' too, they might even be the same!.
Basically, your opinion is the normal way people have been playing this game, which it is normal, seeing its how mostly 99% of people play it as 'abnormal' and yet your saying this about a Trading Card Game.
The fact that you missed the part where playing a TCG is seen to be abnormal by people who don't play this game or have a stereotypical view of it is funny.
Its like saying you find the hand gestures of a guy directing Aircraft in with flags not normal because people hardly do it, or it seems strange. Yet it something very important that no-one really thinks is strange because it is what it is.

OKAY! I do the "cards in hand" thing sometimes, and sometimes it's involuntary, but the vast majority of the time, I really want to know. Sometimes I can't see how many they have, because they're holding them a certain way, and I can't tell. After I find out once, I usually don't have to ask again because I can keep track of it in my head.
Oh, and once, I had a guy answer his cell phone during the duel. His friend called him to tell him the score of the Seahawks game. Can't begin to describe how irritating that is.

I hate it when kids try to do stuff from the tv show. Like there was this one kid that was playing a very noobish deck with Monster Reborn in it so I'm like whatever, it's bad anyway. I attack with a Yellow Gadget(I'm playing Gadgets) and he tries to respond with Monster Reborn to summon his Blue Eyes White Dragon XD

Pahlease.
'Cards in hand?' Who cares?
'swing, hit, poke, slap, punch,' I don't care as long as the message you are attacking gets across.
'response?' I only ask when there is potential to miss the timing to activate an effect. But even if I don't ask, the opponent will always respond anyway, if they do have a response.

KingOfKings and Coolhand, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this thread about what annoys/bothers people during matches and NOT what annoys/bothers people while posting on a public message board? This thread is a good method of venting, exchanging stories, and just random amusement, so please do not continue to turn it into a thread that deserves being locked by Mods.
More to the original topic of this thread, one thing that bothers me to no end is more of a venue issue then player. Namely where the venue has super-powered fans (either self standing or built-in) and decides to switch them on at full power during the tournament sending cards flying everywhere.

Nope not good enough for my opponent he proceeds to summon Injection Fairy Lily, activate Call of the haunted targeting Zaborg and starts attacking all the while I’ve already scooped up all my cards and am leaving the table but it doesn’t stop there, as I’m leaving they want to make sure I know they Heavy Storm in their hand to.

One venue had ceiling fans (industrial kind), turned them on during a Magic Pre-release (Torment), thankfully I was playing in a side event not near any fans. The second was a typical box fan, but elevated to about knee level (bottom). In both cases it was the middle of the summer and rather warm out. As for weighted sleeves, I doubt those would work due mainly to accusations of stacking.

You know what's real annoying?
Last year, I was at Jumps:
I was playing this kid who looked as if he had too much caffeine or something, he was jitty.
He talked soo fast, I'd have to ask him every time to repeat his sentence. He'd get pissed and ignore me...
I owned him, though.
Overall Annoyance:
When people look at your decks, trying to see what you draw as much as possible, when you lay down something and they have a creepy smirk up, or when, for example, you summon Raiza, and they BoTH it, and go "OHHH! IN YOUR FACE! (random evil laugh or something).
But then you can always say, "Ever hear about something called advantage?"
Owned.

Funny!!
I forgot about "Cards in hand?" every turn, so true.
I can't help but point something out to the people who find others who ask 'how many cards in hand' often.
Usually, depending on color of sleeves, you can't tell how many cards are in a player's hand without them fanning it out or telling.
Also, there's a LOT of cheating at locals and premiere events, believe it or not, so when in tournament I do ask. EVERY TURN. And I look closely.

Agreed. I never shuffle my hand or put it below/face down on the table. Every card back is in my opponent's full view, so whenever they ask "cards in hand"? I sometimes hold them closer to my opponent & say "can you count?"
agreed. but then i dueled the kid i did it to before, he'd hold his cards in one stack and be a smart*** when i asked him how many cards in his hand, not that i can't count(just want to be sure), his response was something like 5,000.:mad:

Yah it is kind of hilarious but unfortunately where I play locally a lot dorks do that to rub it in your face. I think there is or should be a unwritten rule of edict or sportsmen like conduct that you don’t that, for example if you read matches featured on Metagame.com and nearing the end of a match turn player A. draws, knows he won the game, will simply show his opponent his hand without playing one card letting turn player B. simply scoop.

Yes, I use Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Anyway, I had a face-up Blue-Eyes White Dragon, they had spirit reaper and like 2 facedowns. I used Burst Stream of Destruction and they used book of moon saying that Burst Stream was negated.... He had the judge come over and I actually almost got DQ'ed for saying Burst Stream still follows through 0.o

When players think that using a non-zoned playmat means that they can pretty much put anything...anywhere. Deck where the fusion deck goes....graveyard where the field spell goes...removed from play pile where the deck should be....graveyard and deck positions swapped so I can't see their graveyard without having to have them move their deck....arghhhh!

Players that place their graveyard behind their deck. I ask to see their graveyard every turn until the condition improves.
I hate it when players say during a match against me, "I have game this turn."
I run a deck that utilizes virtually everything stall.
You will not have game this turn when you run into a Threatening Roar, Waboku, Marshmallon, Gellenduo, Spirit Reaper, Flute Of Summoning Kuriboh into a Winged Kuriboh.
I made 5 bucks from an opponent because he didnt believe I could quell an incoming beatdown that turn.
He got upset when I special summoned the winking kuriboh.
Outside a match, I hate it when I ask for 'CARD X'

You can use that against them. Know that asking constantly if you end your turn shows nerves and/or anxiousness. If you understand the telltale signs, you can often foresee what they may have up thier sleeve and work your strategy to best counter his possible moves. I don't find it annoying at all because they are giving you more information than they think.

I play really nicely. I set everything nicely. I don't speak much, unless they make some joke or something funny happened. I don't touch there graveyard unless i ask(unless it's a friends.)
Sometimes i usually say cards in hand, if they dont fan out. Most of the time i say fan out your hand please.
I also set my hand so i don't shuffle it. I usually only shuffle my hand when i'm thinking.
I take a long time sometimes, but it's usually game over.
I only went to time 3 times ever in my 3 years of playing yugioh.
I usually confirm Life/Cards in hand every couple of turns.
I use to care about mat's and stuff. But, i have over 7 and couple are custom and the others i sold off really quickly. The last few regionals i haven't even used a mat.
I need someone to make me a customized mat for Sjc's. I'm willing to spend up to 30-50 depending on how nice it looks.

this kid today at my local says my deck sucks after 2-0ing him and i said afterwards "You don't even know what your talking about." He tells me he said that because my deck isn't as *focused* on a strategy as PC/LaDD/App. Monarch/Standard Monarch are. Lol, anyone see the coincidence??
Nobody likes facing him because whenever he looses he says like "I think you should take out this for that blah blah blah n00b n00b n00b it's like a top 16 gaurenteed more n00b more n00b more n00b" and always tries to make like he knows everything about the game to *make up* for his loss. There's this one kid at my local who is very loud and obnoxious. I remember one time when I was running Zombies, he came over and watched my duel and looked at my opening hand, upon doing so he just said "book of life eh?" casually, as if he had done nothing wrong. I was like -_-;
Also, this one guy who also goes to my local, the biggest sore loser in the world... I remember having about +7 card/field advantage on him, he drew a card, set it and ended, and I flipped MST in the end phase and he was like OMG ******* LUCKSACK HOW THE HELL!??! and went on a gigantic tirade. It was amusing, but still annoying.

I dunno.
"Can I chain Bottomless Trap Hole to your Jinzo!" and "I activate Torrential Tribute in response to your Jinzo!" and "I CHAIN SAKURETSU ARMOR / MIRROR FORCE / DIMENSION WALL / ENCHANTED JAVELIN / DRAINING SHIELD / WHATEVER TO YOUR JINZO ATTACK! MUHAHAHAHAHAH!" are pretty annoying. o_o

Probably the most annoying thing for me is when my opponent topdecks like Yugi and then believes they won through skill.
For example.
We had an extremely annoying person at our local. His skills were actually OK-pretty good, but he topdecked like a mother. For two games in a row, he had Dimension Fusion, Future Fusion, and Overload Fusion in his starting hand.
And no, he wasn't cheating.
Oh, and later he top 16'd a regional using Samurais and began almost every single match with a samurai, a Grandmaster, and a Shogun.

Yeah you also say topdeck everytime you draw a fecking card.
People who tilt there decks sligtly while playing.
People who thrust cards forwad a little instead of declaring attacks.
hey thats me lol

I hate when ppl say "Oh I am so scared!" when you play a card. A kid at my locals says that every time!

Hmm. Things that players do that I hate?
- Use terms like "vanilla" or "spin". (It really gets on my nerves. You could just say Normal Monsters or return to deck. FFS.)
- When someone leaves to do something completely unnecessary and expects you to sit there and wait for them to finish. (Mostly happens with my brother getting up to get a drink or something...)
- People that rearrange the cards on the field or in their graveyard. News flash: You can't. Too bad if you want to, you still can't.
And... My biggest hate...
- People that take the game way too seriously. You're supposed to have fun. The outcome of a duel means little. If you only duel to win, you have some serious issues. Games are for fun, nothing else.

I face this kid at locals sometimes, he always says "strike" when he attacks.

I hate it when I start with like MST or Heavy, and then late game I drop it and attack for game. Then they say, wow, you topdecker.

I hate it when I win a match and my opponent goes, "OHHHH! I COULD HAVE WON NEXT TURN!/DREW 'CARD X'"
I proceed to flip over a Dark Bribe/Solemn Judgement and shake my head

same here.
even, more annoying is when someone activate something and you solemn/bribe it and they say i want to redo that, and rant a you all game, that you are an ass for not letting them redo it.

I hate it when pple listen to music, cause it seems like you dont have their full attention.
I hate it when 2 friends sit next to each other and talk to each other the entire time instead of playing their hands.
I hate it when people ask if its their move yet.
and last but not least i hate it when someone takes 2 min to make a move.
