japanese ppl in world championships?

How come i never see them playing their OCG cards tht only they have
like in their ban list, none of their abusable exclusive to japan cards are in it?
r they allowed to use them, or r they banned from world tournaments?

Any cards that didn't have adequate world-wide distribution aren't allowed at Worlds. So for instance, this past year, Stratos and Green Baboon were forbidden because even though North America and Japan had them readily available, Europe, South America, and a few other territories did not.
