You can buy something called a flash cart that lets you upload your save data onto your computer.
Check the sticky at the top for information about the 85h Hex value. The others don't need anything put in them.

thanks for you help jiggy. i have another question, if i hack pokemon with maxed iv and stats, then bred them to get high iv babies will they be legit or is there a way to tell them came from hacked parents? if the hex values arent important then why are they there?

Yes. I do it all the time.
or is there a way to tell them came from hacked parents?
Not that I know of.
if the hex values arent important then why are they there?
I don't know.

hex values are the games code for the pokemon, there are certain programs that can detect if the pokemons hex value is off, few people on smogon use the program, they can detect pokesav's, there is no way to hacka pokemon that cant be detected.
breeding with hacked parents though is undetectable as the offspring was created through a legitimate process although some people may not like the idea of hacked parents.

Yes. I do it all the time.
Which reminds me, please change the line in the AR Help Thread's first post about hacked parent breeding. It says you "should not call the result legit" or something to that effect. I no longer go by that logic, and most people don't either.
