yes but u have to be at a high lvl ok

1. Be at a high level.
2. Have room in your party. Go alone if you're strong enough.
3. Wear the Friend Bow; found at Mt. Faraway.
4. Deliver the finishing blow to the target Pokemon, don't let a partner finish it.
5. Be standing right next to the Pokemon when you defeat it.
6. Have the target Pokemon's friend area.
