Is Larvitar available is Crystal?

I was wondering if I could get a Larvitar in crystal. I know they would be in Mt.Silver but I can't find one. Does anyone know?

Larvitar is available in Crystal. Its a Rare pokemon in Mt. Silver. Just keep looking im sure you will find one.

Yes, it does take a while to find a Larvitar, but eventually one will appear.
