1) Take exit 3E onto VA-101 E / Hershberger Road NW.
2) Drive for approximately 1.2 miles, then turn left (at the Walgreens) onto Williamson Road.
3) The Star City Game Center is approximately 8/10th of a mile down on the left hand side.
From 81N
1) Take exit 146, then turn right onto VA-115 towards Hollins/Cloverdale. VA-115 will become Plantation Road.
2) Stay straight on Plantation Road, then turn right (at the CVS Pharmacy) onto Williamson Road/US-11S.
3) The Star City Game Center is approximately 1.5 miles up Williamson Road on the right hand side.
From 81S

Eligibility:
Players who already hold invitations to a Pro Tour event may not compete in individual-format Qualifier tournaments that feed into that Pro Tour event. Any team (qualified or not) may play in any 3-person team or two-headed giant-format Qualifier.
Pro Tour Qualifier Eligibility and the Pro Player Club
Players with a Pro Tour Players Club level 3 or higher are not allowed to participate in Pro Tour Qualifiers. Exception is made for any qualifier which awards an invitation to a Pro Tour in a subsequent Tournament Season. In this case only players whose current Player of the Year standing is currently less than the level 3 requirement are eligible to participate in a Pro Tour Qualifier.
Time:
Registration begins at 9:00 AM with the tournament starting promptly at 10:00 AM.
Registration closes ten minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Any player who wants to enroll after registration has closed will be able to do so, but will receive a round one match loss. Players arriving after round two has been paired will not be able to enroll in the tournament.
Tournament Format:
Lorwyn Sealed with booster draft finals. Each player will receive one Lorwyn Tournament Pack and two Lorwyn Booster packs to construct their decks from. For additional information on the Sealed Deck format, please refer to the Magic Floor Rules.
Tournament Structure:
Modified swiss with a cut to the top 8 players. The number of rounds will be based on number of players in the event. The Top 8 will be a booster Draft. This tournament has a K-Value of 32 and will be run as competitive REL.
Entry Fee:
$30.00 - Credit cards are not accepted at the event site. Anyone wishing to use a credit card to pay for their tournament entry must preregister. Please remember that preregistration closes on the Thursday before the event at 9:00 AM.

Prizes:
1st Place - Invite and travel award to Pro Tour Kuala Lumpur. Product prizes to the top 8 TBD, based on the event attendance. Product prizes will go to the top 16 players if there are more than 128 players enrolled in the tournament.
The first 16 amateurs to drop from the event will be given free entry into one of two FREE booster drafts. Prize distribution for these drafts will be 5/3/2/2. This replaces the 18 packs given to the top 4 amateurs outside the top 8. These booster drafts will be sanctioned.
Side Events:
A Grand Prix Trial for GP Daytona Beach will be held at 2:00 PM. For more information on the Grand Prix Trial, click here for its event listing.
We will be running eight player single elimination booster drafts (prize payout 5/3/2/2) and constructed tournaments (prize payout one box). Both the booster draft and constructed tournaments cost $13.00 to enter.
Trading:
While trading is fine, please note that buying/selling cards with anyone except for our authorized dealer(s), or soliciting to do so elsewhere, is strictly forbidden at this event. Failure to obey this rule may result in both the buyer and the seller being removed from the event without refund, and banned from attending future events.
Star City Events also reserves the right to limit the amount of space being occupied by any one individual while trading, and does not allow the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for the purpose of transporting excessive amounts of trade stock
