Quite possibly, the best faction in the game

I have run into a problem, my friend has quite possibly the best 300 pt faction in the game. I think it's unbeatable. Here it is

Rebel

Luke Skywalker, Champion of the force
Boba Fett, Bounty Hunter
Han Solo, Scoundrel
Obi-Wan Kenobi
Yod of Dagobah
Chewbacca, Rebel Hero
Princess Leia
C-3PO AND R2-D2

I think this is it, he has almost EVERY ability at his disposal. I've tried everything I can think of,(Thrawn, Sith, Every imperial combination I can think of, Republic, Jedi) nothing seems to even come close. The synergy in this faction is ner perfect. Please, if anyone can come up with a 300pt. that can take this, I'd love to see it.

P.S.
I saw this faction beat a 350 pt sith lord army, Bane, Exar, Maul, Tyrannus, Lord Vader. He only lost obi wan and yoda! He wants them to die, so Luke can become even more powerful. Then Boba fett and Han in the backround blastin ? I'ts just wrong.

Please Help. There must be some way to beat it.

I'm not very good at SWM, but here goes:
8 guys in a 300 point game? He's probably going to get out-activated quick. Anyway, the big thing is not to focus on Obi-Wan and Yoda. So then, you focus on what has the most potential, that being Luke. With Luke dead, there's pretty much no place for the mass amounts of FP's to go, so then you can focus on Yoda and Obi-Wan. That's it.
I can't think of a squad, but yeah.

All AT-STs are uber powered shooters with unblockable shots, Yoda cant alter, etc. LV can easily dispacth Han and Boba while still giving the AT-STs A.Attack BS1 gives all characters it attacks -4 defense against the AT-STs and BS1 in itself is a terror.I strongly believe this could beat this Rebel squad. Reserves are 4 stormies or a Dark Trooper Phase 2
