I just built a T2 Rakdos Deck a little while ago, and when it gets going, it's hard to stop.

I only run 12 creatures: 4 each of the Guildmage, the Pit Dragon, and Jagged Poppet. I also run 3 Loxodon Warhammers (I love you 10th Edition). They help you recover if you get a slow start (lol 5/1 trample haste lifelink goblin tokens), and when combined with the Pit Dragon's double strike/firebreathing, you can attack for death. Avatar of Dischord, while it seems nice, is really just going to end up losing you cards far faster than you want to empty your hand. Most people will toast it before you get one swing in.

Seal of Fire and Seal of Doom are incredible, as they're options that don't have to be in your hand, which avoids offsetting your Hellbent. You'll tend to want to avoid most big mana things (They should be dead first) and stick to little spells. Hit/Run is a great one for killing pro-red/black creatures, Troll Ascetics, or pesky artifacts if you get it off early enough.

As for land, avoid the Carnarium like the plague. Having to return a land to your hand means that if you draw it later in the game, unless you have an alternate way to pitch a card, your Hellbent is jacked. I run 4 Graven Cairns, 4 Sulferous Springs, 4 Keldon Megaliths, 5 mountains and 3 swamps, alongside 4 coldsteel hearts (Which is always red, unless I'm desperate for black mana) and 4 Rakdos signet. The abundance of red mana allows for huge Pit Dragons, and the Cairns are kind enough to filter any spare black mana into double red.

However, I guess it's really where you want to go with it that matters. Mine's more of an aggro/slight control, but it gives you a general idea of what you would want to do.

Additional Comment:

And now that I think about it, unless you posted this in the wrong forum, most of what I just said will be worthless to you. XD Most of that was rares.

I'll get more. For now assume 4 of each.
