One Draenei's Junk Quest

Pay 2 to complete this quest.

Reward: Reveal the top three cards of your deck.
Put a revealed card with cost 1, 2, or 3 into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your deck.

Now this card caught my attention. I'm currently playing Thangal, and with the build I'm running, I only have 8 cards out of 60 that are cost 4 or higher. This has led me to think that running Draenei's Junk would be oh so much better then Zapped Giants, seeing as:

a) I have less of a chance of getting nothing, like when you reveal 2 quests and an Ally with Zapped
b) It gives the versatility I need by allowing me to select what I need at any given moment; I may need an Ally desparately, but with Zapped on the field, it's of little help.

Given the penchant for rush decks that run many low-cost cards, could Junk become a near staple?

ya, I have a playset in my deck.

Me and my team, pulled alot of those when we opened our 4 boxes yesterday =D

This card is great early and early-mid game to get you little cards that can help you control the game etc.. But mid to late game, if you've used it a few times, all your big cards will be on the bottom of the deck and you won't be drawing your big guys, and also, even though you're netting 1 card, what's a Teep or Jeleane going to do for you when you're on turn 12 and you need something that does more than just have an attack number on it?

I don't know that I'd run 4 of these, probably 2-3 unless I was looking to pull cards with <3 cost that weren't allies.

It obviously depends on your deck build.

My current deck runs:

16 Quests
8 cards, cost 4 (4x Claw, 2x Innervate, 2x Hippogryph)
36 cards cost 3, 2, or 1.

It's plainly evident that for me, Draenei is way better than Zapped Giants!

For control based decks though, you could always try out To Serve Kumisha!

yea dranies junk is almost a staple in every rush-semi rush deck be to serve is great in control decks

I Can get nearly every card from my deck with this card because most of my mage cards are 3 cost or less

I dont think this would work on cards with X as a cost because it says that it need to be a 1, 2 or 3 cost card, am i right or wrong

Correct. Any card with X in it's cost, the X is treated as 0 at any other time other than paying the cost.
