I'm sorry guys, I got this yesterday but my internet's been afoul for the past two days.

Highlights


This is the largest issue ever at a stellar 408 pages.
This issue contains of of the Nekomajin Z one shots by Akira Toriyama.
Sneak Peak: Muhyo & Roji's Bureau of Supernatural Investigation.
The final four chapters of the Naruto story arc 'The Return of Itachi'.
Naruto will not be in issue #59 but in #60 the original pilot will be published. In issue #61 SJ will begin serializing volume 28.
One chapter of Bo^7.
Two chapters of Hikaru no Gô.
One Chapter of Yû Yû Hakusho.
Three chapters of One Piece.
Two chapters of YGO (YGO ends serialization in the December issue, #60).
One chapter of YGO GX (The begining of the Jûdai Yûki backstory).
A special look into the new Dragonball collector (Gee Viz, your research teams really suck, not only that, but you were actually defending the newly remastered DVD box sets and trying to explain FUNi's work on them, that and your 'Where are they now' section is inaccurate, apparently Chris Sabat is playing Roronoa Zoro [yes, they call his 'Zoro' here] in Episode of Alabaster, also, once again, they're terminology is wacked).

Did you notice that the Tactical Evolution Special Edition picture shows the promo card's back? They're keeping the card's identity a secret, and there are two promos. I'd really hate to get multiple Mask of Remnants without the Masked Beast as well...

On a separate note, I think Shonen Jump should consider giving another series the Naruto treatment. Most of the series in the magazine are long (especially One Piece). Maybe we'd get new manga in the magazine sooner.

Well, I do know that they have plans to bring over Cowa! but I'm not sure if they'd serialize it.

When they finish serializing One Piece volume 17 (they just finished sixteen in this issue) they should start doing bimonthly Manga releases or better yet they should chuck out two or three volumes a month for a few months because right now we're thirty volumes behind Japan.

If they did that, they'd have to pull a Yugioh and skip a whole part of the story. That makes more sense, as so far One Piece is a longer series than Naruto, and Naruto is getting all the love. I'd love to have a magazine full of series almost at the same level as they are in Japan. They could pull it off next year if they actually tried...

It's a blister pack, not a box, so it shouldn't be too difficult to determine which card is which just by holding the card up to light and peering through the transparent right edge.

If the light reflecting off the face of the card is orange, it's TAEV-ENSE1 Masked Beast Des Gardius.

If the light reflecting off the face of the card is green, it's TAEV-ENSE2 The Mask of Remnants.

does it come with a card or notThere's no promotional card attached to this issue, but the second Special 4-Card Pack coupon is printed between the chapters of the Yu-Gi-Oh! section.

Yea I was thinking the same thing. Bi-weekly would be the best move.

they need to put a new card in each month from now on, because now you have yugioh, bleach, and naruto card giveaways. have it one page specifically for a free card give-away.

i looked at the news blast i got, naruto is #1 for dvd sales, and some other mangas are posted on there.

another of the 3 coupon card things came in this issue too.
