the best alliance shaman strategy is rush. it plays apprentice teep/merry and korthas at 1, Jealene/Latro/Chipper at 2, Parvink at 3, Moira at 4, and Kalai the uplifting at 5. And in some of them you'll see Leeroy and King Magni splashed in.

as far as abilities, most people use 4x of chain lightning, earth elemental totem, and searing totem. although, when the new set comes out, people will be running the new fire elemental totem.

for quests, they use Chasing A-Me, Defias Brotherhood, Rescue the Survivors, Missing Diplomat and Battle of Darrowshire.

alliance shaman rush is for noobs who cookie cut, believe me i played that deck plenty of times at nationals
