need help in emerld

I just started playing emerld agian and where is sootoplis in guides they say there is a rock that you can dive under but where is it I am stuck

Yeah, Sootopolis is hard to find the first time, so don't feel bad.

The entrance is actually under the water on RT 126. Surf to the very southern part of island/volcano and Dive in the deep water there. An entrance should be right around there, so just go into the small cave and use Dive again where the sunshine is to surface into the city.
