Well, here's my REVISED Netbattle team. My EV spreads are mostly basic so I am very open to any EV suggestions you have. Also, I'm new to this...How do you post your siggy?
Umbreon
Nature: Bold
Ability: Synchronize
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP, 129 Def, 129 SpDef
Moves:
Baton Pass
Mean Look
Subsitute
Toxic
Simple strategy. I like sending Subs to Houndoom or Metagross for an easy Agility/ Sunny Day. Toxic for the Damage.
Metagross
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Clear Body
Item: Liechi Berry
EVs: 252 Atk, 86 Spd, 166 HP
Moves:
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Shadow Ball
Agility
Simple Agiligross. Shadowball for ghosts. 86 Spd EVs outspeeds othr Agiligrosses, even with a bad Speed IV.
Houndoom
Nature: Timid
Ability: Intimidate
Item: Salac Berry
EVs: 252 SpAtk, 252 Spd, 4 Def
Moves:
Sunny Day
Solarbeam
Flamethrower
Crunch
Sunnybeaming Houndoom can fire off Solarbeam w/o charging, STABed Flamethrower in the sun, and STABed Crunches. Intimidate goes perfectly with the doggy's low Def.
Shuckle
Nature: Careful
Ability: Sturdy
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 88 HP, 176 SpDef, 252 Def
Moves:
Toxic
Wrap
Rest
Protect
Use Toxic and Wrap to hurt a little every turn, then rest or protect as needed. 88 HP is enough to survive 3 ST or NS with a bad HP IV.
Crobat
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Inner Focus
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 Spd, 252 Atk, 4 HP
Moves:
Sludge Bomb
Aerial Ace
Shadowball
Haze
Haze stops loads of tanks and sweepers. Shadowball stops elemental Alakazam.
Miltank
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Thick Fat
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP, 128 SpDef, 128 Def
Moves:
Heal Bell
Milk Drink
Body Slam
Shadowball
Miltank is suprisingly fast, and the best heal beller out there. Body Slam is for STAB and paralysis while Shadowball catches Ghosts off guard. Miltank can take any kind of hit and dish out powerful attacks while healing, making it a great pokemon.

Well, here's my Netbattle team. My EV spreads are mostly basic so I am very open to any EV suggestions you have.
Exeggutor
Nature: Modest
Ability: Chlorophyll
Item: Lum Berry
EVs: 196 Spd, 252 SpAtk, 60 HP
Moves:
Sunny Day
Solarbeam
Sleep Powder
HP Fire
Sleep powder, sunny day on the switch, and fire off STAB solarbeams without charging. 198 Spd EVs makes Eggy outspeed 394 Spd Pokemon with chlorophyll.
Charizard
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Blaze
Item: Salac Berry
EVs: 252 Spd, 252 Atk, 4 Def
Moves:
Belly Drum
Subsitute
Rock Slide
Fire Blast
Switch into Skarm, sub on the switch, then belly drum, which maxes attack and activates Salac and Blaze, and by then it's all over.
Jolteon
Nature: Timid
Ability: Volt Absorb
Item: ??? (Possibly Leftovers)
EVs: 252 Spd, 128 SpAtk, 128 Def
Moves:
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave
HP Grass
Subsitute
Simple special sweeper. Sub and TWave when needed.
Kingdra
Nature: Modest
Ability: Swift Swim
Item: Chesto Berry
EVs: 252 SpAtk, 24 Spd, 56 Def, 176 SpDef
Moves:
Rain Dance
Surf
Ice Beam
Rest
Rain and sweep., rest when necessary. Defensive EVs are for reassurance and 24 Spd EVs outspeeds everything except Deoxys Speed Form with Swift Swim.
Dusclops
Nature: Careful
Ability: Pressure
Item: Chesto Berry
EVs: 252 Hp, 128 SpDef, 128 Def
Moves:
Mean Look
Wil-o-Wisp
Night Shade
Rest
Mean look, then wil-o-wisp, then night shade, resting when necessary.
Shuckle
Nature: Careful
Ability: Sturdy
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 80 HP, 252 Def, 186 SpDef
Moves:
Toxic
Wrap
Protect
Rest
Toxic, then wrap, and proect and rest necessary. 80 HP is enough to survive an extra Seismic Toss/ Night Shade, and the other benefit Shuckle's overwelming defenses.
Exeggy-cool.
Zard-There's one pokemon in the game that can take a neutral hit from a max attack Charizard, and that's a high defense(324 standardish) Suicune with max HP. It could then easily roar you away or surf. Be careful there, because I use one on my main team.
Jolty-consider 252 Spd / 252 SAtk. Also, consider a Petaya, and HP divisible by 4, for a final sweeping attack at the end of its stamina.
Kingdra-Cool, sturdy water type. Good choice, but be careful. Rain Dance leaves you vulnerable for the turn, y'know... although the only thing that's gonna do any serious damage to a Kingdra is an Elemence on the first turn or something that's had a few curses/swords dances/calm minds up.
Dusc-Seismic Toss hits more things, because a lot of good strong normal types are used, like Snorlax and Blissey. Go ST over NS.
Shuckle-cool
Not too many problems with the team, it definitely would put my 2 main teams to the test. If you wouldn't mind, I'd like you to also look at my teams in my siggy. Be warned-there are 6 or 7 teams on the one thread. The main teams I'm worried about are OU 1, OU 3, and the ingame BF team.

K man, thanks for the tips. I'll take a look at your teams when I get the chance.

having a rain dance sweeper and a sunny day sweeper on the same team is really counterproductive. so is a twaver and a WoWer.
almost any special wall ruins this team. even belly drum'd, your charizard fails to do good damage to blissey/snorlax/swampert/suicune/milotic/flygon. about the only sp wall that loses to it is regice. none of your other pokemon come close to beating bliss/snorlax.
i suggest revamping your team. remove kingdra, dusclops, and shuckle; kingdra's rain dance interferes with charizard and eggy, dusclops makes a mediocre wall when not using spikes, and shuckle is ruined by any poison or anything with sub/rest.
i suggest adding a stalkgross for status absorption as well as the handy normal/flying/rock resist.
second, a special wall is quite necessary; i would suggest blissey, since getting eggy/charizard status'd can mean doom.
the last slot should be filled up with something to deal with bliss/snorlax. this is a pretty big priority, so i suggest an adamant dugtrio.
charizard's moveset has extremely limited coverage. if you must go sub/BD, HP fly/FBlast has better coverage. make it lonely/naughty. max atk, get it up to 270 speed, and put the rest in spattack.
jolteon would be better off subpassing rather than twaving. getting a successful sub passed to eggy/charizard gives you a much better shot at sweeping.
eggy needs 212 speed EVs to reach 198, because HP fire forces you to have a lower speed IV.
remember not to blow the surprise of charizard until mid/late game. try and keep it hidden. also, only bring it out when you have weakened their bulky water/sp wall down to KO range, or get them to sleep.
you need to be very wary of CBers like mence/gross/cham/cross, and predict your way around their attacks, especially since charizard is your only fighting/ground resist, and you don't want it damaged.
also, jolteon makes a better lead then eggy. you can pass straight off to duggy if they bring in bliss.

If I wanted to BP Subs I would use Umbreon, not Jolteon. Zard with maxed attack does kill Bliss and usually Snorlax. Zard is bad against bulky waters no matter what, so I usually switch to Jolteon to force a switch and Sub on it.
I revised my team, leaving Shuckle because I love it. I have a heal belling Miltank, Agiligross, Sunnybeamer Houndoom, Antitank Crobat, and a BPing Umbreon. That covers most of my previous weaknesses, but still have a fighting/ground problem. I may remove Shuckle for an Annoyer Flygon, but it's undicided.

Umbreon-Nice.
Metagross-Sludge Bomb or Rock Slide over Shadow Ball. Meteor Mash will do 10 base damage less. Shadow Ball is base 80 power, 160 power if super effective. Meteor Mash is base 100 power, 150 power with STAB. It's a very small difference. Also, about your speed-every Agiligross I use has 201 speed. Make sure you have enough to outspeed what you think the opponent has. I've been known to have odd movesets and odd EV spreads that really work... so be careful, there are other people out there who have faster Agiligrosses.
Houndoom-Houndoom doesn't get Intimidate, it gets Early Bird and Flash Fire. If you need a status absorber(well, sleep absorber), then go with Early Bird. As for the moveset, a better set for NB is HP: Grass/Ice, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Will-o-Wisp, and Crunch.
Shuckle-Ok.
Crobat-I prefer Confuse Ray/Haze/Sludge Bomb/HP: Ground, personally, to counter Metagross(if you get it on the switch, it does nice damage, and you could KO the next turn with another one)... but if you want to keep the moveset you have, then use HP: Flying over Aerial Ace. Also-to make sure you still have max speed, set all your IVs to 30 aside from speed. That's HP: Flying without messing up your speed.
Miltank-beef up the attack and special defense and it's fine. Consider some speed too.
You've got a decent team, definitely.

I gave Gross Shadowball on a whim, I may switch it for explosion or rock slide. I coulda sworn Houndoom got intimidate...I may use a different special sweeper besides Houndoom, possibly Starmie w/ Surf/Psychic/TBolt/Ice Beam or Eggy w/ HP Fire/Sleep Powder/Sunny Day/Solarbeam. I'll consider that Crobat set, I didn't know Crobat could 2HKO Metagross with HP ground.

Honestly, I don't really know if Crobat can 2HKO with HP: Ground-I think it can, but I'm realllllly not sure. Metagross can sure OHKO with MM... so be careful there. It's why I like using Confuse Ray. *shrugs*
Mostly, I just... well, I don't know what I just.
