Glitch City

I have read references to this but don't know what it is.
Can anyone explain?

Its a city with all the graphics messed up and some other wierd stuff, make sure if you get there you dont get stuck like I did and have to reset the game.

How do I get there?

1) Go to safari zone.
2) Walk up to the first house you see and walk back out. Say no. Repeat.
3) Walk up to the first house you see. Walk right up to the exit but don't leave the safari zone. Save and turn off.
4) Turn back on and walk out the safari zone. Say you don't want to come in. :confused: (you'll know what I mean when you try it.)
5) Go and walk around for 500 steps. Where you spend your time determines what Glitch City will be like. Go to Cinnabar Island the first time you try it.

Yup, I tried the one with gameshark so I could actually get out if I got stuck, which I did. I used the walk thru walls code!

or you can get to the glitch city by using the walk threw walks trick and going behind the poke musium in pewter.

Can you REALLY get to it if so without a gs/ar?

You DO NOT need a gs/ar to access it. Just go to the SZ(with a pkmn that knows Fly or Dig or Teleport), walk out and say 'no'. When they send you back in, walk out and say 'no'. When they send you back in, walk around until you have about 50 or so steps left(this will make the waiting easier as you can use the bike in this part of the trick). Then save you game and turn it off. Turn it back on, load your file and walk out. The SZ people will ask you if you want to join the hunt. Say no and walk out of the bulding. As soon as you get out, fly to Cinnabar and surf on the east coast(the Missingno coast) up and down. Soon the PA will ring, you will be taken back to the SZ building. Exit and you will be in Glitch City. Do NOT save here. To get out, dig, teleport, or fly, or just shut off your game boy.

NOTE: I have not tried this with Yellow so I don't know if it would work in Yellow, only Red/Blue.
