At the end of episode 108 kariya was about to release that thing "to big to pronounce" that will explode and destroy soul society he vanishes at the end of the fight with ichigo. What is up with that? Did kariya just commit suicide and end his life or did he just vanish and will show up again?

he died, and the soul society deactivated the things that were gonna blow up
