Discard combo with Mindspike

Hiya, I'm up with a question again.

When you cast a Mindspike and combo it with a another burn spell, exampel Shadow Word: Death. Can you then choose diffrent targets with the abillites or must you target a singel target to get Mind Spikes combo?

Btw, can you also combo Mindspike with a ally that deal damage, exampel Taz'dingo?

I'm sorry, but I don't see any combo here.

You play Mind Spike targeting a Hero or Ally and chain Shadow Word: Death targeting a Hero or Ally. You can target different Heroes and/or Allies for each Ability because they aren't connected to each other at all. You do not have to target the same Hero or Ally.
If nothing else is added to the chain by either player, then you resolve the topmost link.
Shadow Word: Death resolves dealing 3 Shadow Damage to the targeted Hero or Ally and putting 3 Damage on your Hero if that targeted Ally did not receive fatal damage. This has no affect on Mind Spike's discard if that's what you are trying to do.
Both players are given the opportunity to add more links to the chain now. We'll say none are added, so you resolve the topmost link in the chain.
Mind Spike resolves dealing 1 Shadow Damage to the targeted Hero or Ally if that character is still in play and the controller of that Ally discards a card from their hand.

If you are trying to make your opponent discard more cards, then you need to run something like Shadowform to combo with Mind Spike.
