1.) NetBattle team, Standard OU
2.) Ingame Emerald team, Battle Frontier
3.) NetBattle team, Ubers
4.) NetBattle team, Little Cup
5.) NetBattle team, Standard OU 2
6.) NetBattle team, Standard OU 3
7.) Yet to be decided

1.) NB OU 1

Salamence (F) @ Liechi Berry
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Substitute

Main Physical Sweeper of the team. Salamence packs a mighty punch.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 140 HP / 116 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Metal Sound
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt

Anti-SkarmPertLax. Metal Sound really gets the job done! It's pretty much the same thing as doubling my special attack every time I use it, and Zapdos has MONSTER SAtk. It also has 265 speed to outspeed every STANDARD minimum speed Reversaler.

Marowak (F) @ Thick Club
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 128 HP / 252 Atk / 128 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bonemerang
- Double-Edge
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Rock Slide

Marowak packs a heavy punch with Thick Club, making its attack power well over 500. The Spd EVs are enough to outspeed anything that tries to outspeed min-speed Swampert.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Roar

Roarcune. 'Nuff said.

Blaziken (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SAtk
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Earthquake
- Focus Punch
- Overheat
- Rock Slide

Anti-Blissey and Anti-Skarmory. Send it in against those guys and watch the sparks fly with a Choice Banded Focus Punch. Most likely, the opponent will switch out... so that's what FP is for. They usually switch to a flying type or Ghost type, so Rock Slide may also be the best bet. Overheat gets STAB, and since Choice Banders aren't meant to stay in the game for very long before switching, it'll be fine.

Regice @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Def / 4 Spd / 156 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt

My. Sexy. Frozen. Wall.

2.) Battle Frontier

Metagross @ Quick Claw ** Hamburgers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spd
Stats: 343/398/294/176/208/148
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

Aerial Ace is there for Double Teamers. Metagross is a monster...

Salamence (F) @ Lum Berry ** FruitSalad
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Stats: 328/268/182/348/173/276
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Hydro Pump
- Crunch
- Dragon Claw

Standard Elemence with Crunch instead of Hidden Power [Grass]. VERY strong Special Attacker. MAY be a Latios instead, depending on the nature of the one I find.

Regice @ Leftovers ** Box
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 92 Atk / 100 Def / 66 SAtk
Stats: 364/150/245/229/412/122
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Focus Punch
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Substitute

MAX IV ON HP!!! This is the SubPunching Regice, a really rare usage, and a quite interesting one. I pray it will work on my team. Ice Beam gets STAB, and that's fine by me. This Regice supports the famous BoltBeam combo. EVENTUALLY, Focus Punch will be replaced by Explosion, and Substitute will be replaced by Thunder Wave. For now, I will stick to SubPunching.

Crobat (M) @ Scope Lens ** Unshmexy
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 158 Atk / 252 Spd / 100 SAtk
Stats: 287/240/178/215/160/359
Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Haze
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain
- Confuse Ray

MAX IV ON SPEED!!! Mainly for Haze and speed... Crobat's the fastest Hazer in the game, and Crobat freaking rocks. It also helps out a lot because of its attack type-poison. It may not be the best type, but it can help you out in a sticky situation, especially with that nice 30% chance of poisoning from Sludge Bomb(I think that's the chances...). Haze is mainly here for Double Team and Curse, in the Battle Frontier. Those moves are used insanely too much, and I guess it's up to me to stop them. Giga Drain's for Swampert. I know, it's weird to have Giga Drain, but I can't find a Jolly or Adamant Zubat xD Anywho, since Crobat's attack stats are low, I decided to go with a Scope Lens to improve the Crit chance.

Medicham (F) @ Focus Band ** Shmexy
Trait: Pure Power
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
Stats: 242/207(414)/180/125/183/242
- Brick Break
- Shadow Ball
- Rock Slide
- Bulk Up

Medicham is also a monster, and it's quite the monster indeed! Unfortunately, it can't learn Earthquake! GRRR! I'm really weird!

Snorlax (F) @ Chesto Berry ** Jell-O
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spd
Stats: 507/346/160/142/252/77
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Return
- Shadow Ball
- Rest
- Yawn

I like the move Yawn. It's cool.

3.) Uber Team

Kyogre @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 28 HP / 216 Def / 116 Spd / 112 SAtk / 36 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Thunder

The strategy behind part of the team, the backbone, Kyogre. Very strong indeed. Rest helps with survivability.

Kingdra (F) @ Petaya Berry
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 244 HP / 12 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Ice Beam
- Substitute
- Surf

Once the Petaya kicks in, and with Swift Swim and the boost on Surf from Kyogre's Drizzle... once all those things are met, Kingdra is hard to face.

Deoxys-F @ Liechi Berry
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 240 Atk / 252 Spd / 16 SAtk
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Extremespeed
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute

I don't like Choice Banders, so here's a Choice Bander without the Choice Band. Ice Beam is for Dragons and Groudon.

Mewtwo @ Liechi Berry
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bulk Up
- Selfdestruct
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute

Physical Mewtwo, for fun.

Latios (M) @ Soul Dew
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Thunder

My favorite Uber, and one of the best pokemon in the game... naturally, I'll employ its services.

Regice @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 108 Def / 148 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Psych Up
- Rest
- Thunderbolt

Little surpriser. Psych Up annoys people who think they have the upper hand with Calm Minds or the like. Regice also takes special hits VERY nicely.

4.) Little Cup Team

Abra (F) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 68 HP / 200 Spd / 240 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Hidden Power [Water]
- Psychic
- Thunder Wave

T-Waver, Calm Minder, Sexy Little Abra.

Diglett (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Arena Trap
EVs: 32 HP / 236 Atk / 240 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Slide

:) The only Choice Bander I use willingly without serious consideration is Dugtrio. Why not Diglett on a Little Cup team?

Larvitar (F) @ Sitrus Berry
Trait: Guts
EVs: 196 HP / 244 Atk / 68 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Facade
- Rock Slide

Hey-Guts helps, especially with Facade, which gets a power boost after inflicted with a status thing. Larvitar is a force to be avoided! After a few Dragon Dances, NOTHING in the Little Cup game can stand up to this beast.

Voltorb @ Liechi Berry
Trait: Static
EVs: 40 HP / 36 Atk / 196 Spd / 236 SAtk
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Endure
- Explosion
- Light Screen
- Thunderbolt

REALLY fast Exploder, and it also helps me with taking Special Attack damage.

Staryu @ Sitrus Berry
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 36 HP / 40 Def / 236 Spd / 196 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Psychic
- Surf
- Thunderbolt

Another awesome special attacker, Staryu is definitely a must have here. With all 4 of those strong attacks and a good speed and special attack stat, not a lot can stand up.

Gastly (F) @ Sitrus Berry
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 44 HP / 72 Atk / 196 Spd / 196 SAtk
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Explosion
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunderbolt
- Will-O-Wisp

Burner, Boltbeamer, and Exploder.

5.) NB OU 2

Jumpluff (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 40 HP / 216 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder
- Substitute

Basically here for Sleep Powder/Leech Seed. Also here to damage Celebi. 350 speed rocks. Well, 349, thanks to HP: Bug's IV changes...

Umbreon (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 148 Def / 4 Spd / 104 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Mean Look
- Psych Up
- Moonlight

Psych Up/Mean Look BPer, with Moonlight to keep it alive.

Gengar (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Destiny Bond
- Ice Punch
- Thunderbolt
- Will-O-Wisp

It's fast and it can do serious damage, especially with Destiny Bond. It also gets W-o-W! :)

Aerodactyl (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Double-Edge
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Toxic

Standard Aerodactyl with Toxic for fun.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 36 Spd / 220 SAtk
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Drill Peck
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt

Mixed Zapdos, for Blissey.

Tyranitar (F) @ Liechi Berry
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Substitute
- Rock Slide

The main attacker of the team, standard DDTar.

6.) NB OU 3

Salamence (F) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 36 HP / 76 Atk / 144 Spd / 252 SAtk
Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Hydro Pump
- Brick Break
- Fire Blast
- Dragon Claw

Mixmence. 'Nuff Said.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 140 HP / 116 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Metal Sound
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt

Do I really need to go over this again?

Aerodactyl (F) @ Liechi Berry
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Substitute

Since I hate Choice Banders, Liechidactyl is a strong alternative. Also, having Pressure as the trait helps me wall the opponent just a little bit. 30 HP IVs gives Aerodactyl 300 HP, which lets my liechi Berry kick in after the 3rd sub.

Gligar (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Quick Attack
- Sludge Bomb

Gligar is the only pokemon in the game that is immune to both Thunderbolt and Earthquake(aside from Flygon, but Flygon doesn't count because of its ability. If it didn't have the ability, it would obviously not be as strong. Same goes for Claydol), and thunderbolt hurts a flying team like this one. Thunderbolt and Ice Beam. Gligar's low attack is powered up by Choice Band, and the wide array of choices to attack with helps out a lot. Quick Attack is for Reversalers.

Claydol @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 16 Def / 52 Spd / 96 SAtk / 96 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Cosmic Power
- Rest
- Psychic
- Toxic

My own version of Claydol. It has enough speed to outspeed all standard min-speed agilipokemon(Agiligross, Agilizor, etcetera), and it has enough defenses, especially after Cosmic Power, to stay in the game for a while. Rest is there to keep it in the game, and Toxic helps wear down the opponent while Claydol's lower special attack tries to do some decent damage. Psychic gets STAB, so it does help a little bit to power itself up, and Psychic's chance to lower SDef helps greatly too.

Regice @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Def / 4 Spd / 156 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt

I don't need to go over this again.

Will a Focus Band Save you if you explode or selfdestruct?

Will a Focus Band Save you if you explode or selfdestruct?

Unfortunately, I highly doubt that it will.

Additional Comment:

Anybody else gonna rate/fix these teams???

Hey man. Since you said BF, OU1, and OU3 were what you were most concerned about...

OU1

Salamence: Standard Salamence. I recommend Overheat over Sub to hit Skarm, but you have Blaziken for that.
Zapdos: Good. Zapdos goes good with Drill Peck so you may want it over Metal Sound, but MS goes great with Zappy's massive SpAtk.
Marowak: I love it. I have a Marowak with the exact EVs and moveset.
Suicune: Roarcuine is great. I like Surf over Icebeam for STAB, but that's preference.
Blaziken: Choice Bander is very effective. If you ever get Diamond or Pearl, add Thunderpuch instead of Overheat.
Regice: I love Regice. It's sort of a tanking special sweeper.

Good team. Salamence and blaziken are somewhat similar, you may want to drop one of them for an annoyer (Shuckle is great). Other than that, great. Now on to OU3...

OU3

Salamence: Good Mixmence. Maybe Crunch over Brick Break for a complete special sweeper, but brickbreak is a good anti-bliss/lax.
Zapdos: Same as OU1
Aerodactyl: I would personally recommend the Choice Bander, but I like the originality. Possibly Aerial Ace instead of HP Ghost for STAB.
Gligar: Great moveset. Not much else to say.
Claydol: Good annoyer. Calm Mind over Cosmic power might work to aid Psychic, but it's your choice.
Regice: Same as OU1.

I would drop a few flying types. Any fast pokemon with icebeam would rip your team apart. You have 5 pokemon weak against it, 2 of which have 4x weakness. I would take out Zappy for Jolteon. Give it TBolt, TWave, HP Grass, and Subsitute. Timid Nature, 252 Spd, 252 SpAtk, 4 HP. Instead of Aerodactyl, since Gligar is so much like it, you could have a special sweeper like Kingdra or Milotic, since your team lacks that. Give Kingdra Rain Dance, Surf, Icebeam, and Rest. Milotic is also effective with Refresh, Rest, Surf, and Toxic. Give either one of them Modest Nature, 252 SpAtk, and mix the Def and SpDef EVs, and a Chesto Berry. You could take out Claydol for Shuckle with the moveset Toxic, Wrap, Protect, Rest, with careful nature, 80 HP for an extra ST or NS, and the rest in SpDef and Def. You could take out any other one, maybe Gligar, for an Agiligross with EQ, MM, Sludge Bomb, and Agility, with 84 Spd for other agiligrosses, max Atk and the rest in HP. Gligar is a good choice bander though. Just be sure to keep Mixmence, it's a good suprise. Finally, to your BF team...

BF

Metagross: Metegross is better as a Choice Bander, so you may want that over Lefties. Use it as your opener and pummel anything in your way.
Salamence: Special sweeping Sala is great for battle frontier, it normally takes out my opponent's entire team when I use it.
Regice: I'm new to FPing regice, so I can't really comment too much on it. Props for max HP IV.
Crobat: Crobat is a great psuedohazer. Use him, and use him well. It's my favorite pokemon, and one of the most effective. Props for max Spd IV.
Medicham: Good Physical sweeper. Use Adamant nature over Jolly.
Snorlax: Yawnbellylax normally isn't as effective as curselax, since when you yawn, your oponent has the turn you use yawn AND the turn after that to hit you before you belly drum, which could very well leave Snorlax a sitting duck without belly drum. You could rest, but your opponent may wake up before you do, which could be bad news. I would switch out Yawn and Belly Drum for Curse and Shadowball, and possibly Return for Body Slam for the chance of paralysis. Use the EV spread 252 HP, 128 Atk, 128 Def.

I like this team. The only flaw is Bellylax, but if he is effective for you, then use him.

I had the exact same worries about Snorlax, so that's why I plan on using a Chesto Berry.

As for Choice Banding stuff, thanks, but I really can't stand the limits. Besides, Metagross' monster attack kills anyways, but hey, I may switch back to CB. Thx.

OU 3 is a flying team.

Salamence can't learn Overheat :-P

Hey again. I have some time so ima rate the rest of your teams.

NB, Ubers

Kyogre: Pretty good. I would recommend taking out rest for surf or hydro pump, you can't go wrong with a STABed surf in the rain from Kyorgres massive special attack. Very advanced EV spread, looks suited for your own team strategy.
Kingdra: Great choice. Follow up Kyogre with this and you're opponent is in for a good fight. 196 Spd EVs will allow Kingdra to outspeed speed form Deoxys in the rain with a neutral nature, so you may want to condsider that.
Deoxys: Choice Bander w/o CB? Interesting...Nice moveset, though; when your opponent sees Shadowball or Extremespeed they will normally send Groudon to take a physical hit, which is where Ice Beam is a great choice. Don't worry about the hindering nature on defence, Deoxys won't take the first hit anyway.
Mewtwo: Good physical set, but why Selfdestruct instead of Explosion?
Latios: Nice set. Consider Tbolt over Thunder in case something cancels out Kyogre's drizzle.
Regice: Beautiful. Regice is such a great Pokemon, especially with a wall of SpDef and Psych Up.

Nice team. Good strategy with Kyogre/Kingdra.

NB, Little Cup

Abra: Nice opener. You may want to try Thunder/Fire/Ice Punch over HP Water, but that's preference.
Diglet: Fast and strong makes a great CBer, and what better for the little cup that Diglet?
Larvitar: With guts AND Facade, I wouldn't want to be near Larvitar. DD is a great move for its strong attack and mediocre speed.
Voltorb: The fastest Pokemon in the little cup is a GREAT exploder. Light screen is interesting but doesn't help too much since most people will want to hit Voltorb with physical attacks. TWave might be good instead.
Staryu: Staryu is a great special sweeper; it's fast and can learn loads of special attacks. You may want to take out Psychic for Calm Mind or Recover, but it's your choice.
Ghastly: Interesting moveset, but Ghastly isn't a great exploder with its weak attack. You could make it a special sweeper with Psychic, HP Dark, Giga Drain, and TBolt, Timid Nature, 252 SpAtk, 252 Spd, 4 HP EVs. You could also take it out for Duskull with Mean Look, Wil-o-Wisp, Confuse Ray, and Night Shade for a cool annoyer.

NB OU2

Jumpluff: Fast sort of annoyer, which is nice. Cool Celebi counter.
Umbreon: Nice moveset. You could use Taunt and baton pass to a tank depending on the situation or wish to BP HP. Psych Up is still good though.
Gengar: This is sort of a mix between Sub-Puncher and Special-Sweeping Gengar, I would go with one or the other. I don't like the idea of Destiny Bond, some people would just switch out of it. Use it only when you are sure Gengar will be beaten and there will be NO SWITCH. Otherwise, take it out for Psychic.
Aerodactyl: Nice set. Aerial Ace is good for STAB over Toxic, but I like the origonality.
Zapdos: Zapdos is a beast on any team. With STABed Drill Peck and TBolt with HP Grass to back it up, this is a force to be reconed with.
Tyranitar: Standard DDTar. Consider AA, Brick Break, or Taunt over Subsitute.
