Stacked abilities?

Do dark energy cards, or metal energy cards abilities stack? For instance if I had a dark monster on the field with two dark energy's attached to it, would its attacks hurt 20 more? or still just ten, and I was also wondering the same thing only about metal type creatures and metal energy. If somebody could give me a deffinite answer on this I'd really appreciate it. Also, whats the ruling on baby pokemon now?

If you had a Steelix with 4 metal energy, then all damage done to it would be reduced by 40. If a Sneasel had 4 Dark energy attached, then all damage it does will be increased by 40.

Some 'baby' Pokemon (Wynaut, Azurill, Elekid, etc) have been released as cards, but are basic Pokemon. Only the older 'baby' Pokemon have the baby power.

Here's how to handle Baby Pokemon:
If they have the "Baby rule" printing on them, you follow the rule.
If it ain't printed on them (and you'll note that they also don't say "Baby Pokemon. Counts as a Basic Pokemon"), then it is not a Baby Pokemon and you don't flip when trying to attack.
The game does not require you to "know" what a card is and does, only to read what is printed on it and follow that.
