that looks rly good my friend runs almost the exact same deck and he kicks my ***** with it so i would say 9/10 just put in blasting fuse and its a 10/10 (trust me it helps)

If it's BES then take out the helios cards and Satellite Cannon. Take out the Rushes and add in 3 Shrinks.

Not bad looking, and in regards to everyone saying run a 40 card deck... I think 40 is too small... what happens when a lockdown causes you to lose 20 cards? (it happened to me, but I run a 50 card deck) I think 45 is balanced, 50 may be overkill... but your deck looks solid. 8/10

A nice deck.
With so many tribute monsters, cards like Brain Control, Snatch Steal, and Enemy Controller might be worth considering.
Power Capsule would be suitable support for Victory Viper.
Shrink would seem preferable to Rush Recklessly since Cyber Phoenix is being used.

yea your deck is good in it's own way cuz you opponent can't side deck to something to this but it is just a bit to random like other people have said

i dont care what anyone say the smaller the deck the better, trying to make a deck small as possible increases the chance to draw cards you need. As far as your deck BES is probably the worst machine theme ever. 5/10 good effort though, your deck seems like a blah deck with a bunch of random cards, pick a theme and work around it.

check the forbiddon list that is wrong by a few cards.. it is restricted deck this is advanced forum... for the deck apart from those issues the deck is random, need to stick to one theme.. i am sorry i can't help this one... out sorry.
