ok, assuming u r nto EV training-

here are my fixes-

Skarmory- Drill Peck instead of Air Cutter

Ludicolo- either go with what you got or have the moveset be: Toxic, Double-Team, Rain Dance, Mega Drain. I think either could work.

Manectric- Static instead of Lightning Rod definitely, This isn't a 2v2 team so having electric attacks drawn to it does you no good at all, either way they'll hit you, static you can paralyze them. Even with Thunder Wave Static will do you better then LRod in 1 on 1.

Dragonite- If you want to go with a Special Sweeper, then this isn't bad, I'm more of a fan of a Dragon Dancing Dragonite (considering his attack is slightly better anyways). Sticking with what you have, looks good.

Ninjask-Get him to hold Somethin, maybe a white herb. anthing is better than nothign when it comes to items. I like:

Baton Pass
Double-Team
Swords Dance
Silver Wind

Weezing- Looks good, but i'd go with either Explosion, Shadow Ball, or Destiny Bond instead of Rest, once you get enough DTs, it wont matter if you have erst leftovers will eventually bring you back.

higher stats= stronger pokemon any day of the week. But I've known some good teams that weren't EV trained
