Move deleter?????

I brought my Swamert to the move deleter in emerald to deleted surf so that i could migrate to diamond, however it says that he is unwilling to forget the move. Why is this??? thank you.

Is it the only move it knows OR is that the only pokemon you have that has learned Surf?

I i heard from a friend if i move is used 1000+ times the pokemon becomes attached so it will be unwilling to forget, i am uncertain but this is what i have heard.

I havent taught surf to any other pokes than swampert.

Bad news Swmpert might be stuck in your game, same thing happened to my Bibarel in Diamond.

Teach Surf to another pokemon that can learn it then go back to the move deleter with Swampy and try again.
