Is this a good Salamence starter set ?

No, it needs the extra Special Attack to kill Skarmory. I didn't want to take it off S.Def what with Intimidate.

i think it looks fine...but use the nature where defense suffers and sp. attack gets the bonus...since u want the Skar protection...

Does it really need that much special attack to OHKO Skarmory? Don't use any more than necessary, and put whatever you have left in speed, so you can outspeed anything that has been designed to outspeed anything with 130 after the speed boost.
