Shiny pkmn cheat (need help)

hello and thanks for helping me in advance. after a regular trip to wal mart, i found a ds AR and so yeah... the only 2 cheats i've used are the super EXP gain and Tm's and Hm's... i would like to kno weither this can reset my game... and i also need the code for all shinys (if there is one) for my brothers game because he wants an entire pkmn box full o shinys. (go figure). can anyone shed some light on which codes make your game more likely to reset itself? thanks again

Well, sadly there isn't a code to restart the story, but there is a shiny code. Just check my codelist thread.
