63=252 Attack, 30=120 Speed, 34=136 HP.

Jolteon:HP Ice over Body Slam, with full Speed and Special Attack, 1 HP.

You get Skarmory's Drill Peck by breeding with Dodrio. However, I doubt you need to since you couldn't have gotten Jolteon without Sharking. Still, it's dangerous to use Skarm, as everyone uses a starter that can take him down.

I'm not saying don't use him, just not as your starter so you don't get Magnetized.
If you don't have an AR/Gameshark, how'd you get Jolteon ?

Make your own team. Use the Base Stats Guide on www.Pokefor.tk. Find Pokemon with good Base Stats, then check in a Pokedex whether they've got good movepools. A poke with good stats and moves is usually usable. You may want to go to GameFAQs and read Strawhat's guide to battling. Also, one or 2 pages down, Gamefreak posts his team, and he is considered to be one of the best.

BTW, what is your team's name ? Where I learned to speak L33T, D was |>.

Cooltrainer Josh, Gamefreak actually has legit 386. I mean, 383. Whatever.

On Skarmory, Whirlwind over Roar and Drill Peck over Fly, you fly, the switch to Magneton, dead Skarm.

Jolteon has cruddy attack, so don't use physical attacks with him, ditch Body Slam for HP:grass or Ice (yes, HP:ice does allow maxed speed) and Substitute over Double Team.

Give Salamence Liechi, make him Adamant, get rid of Fire Blast, for the two remaining slots either HP:Flying and Rock Slide or HP:Rock and Aerial Ace. For EVs, max attack, give him enough speed to outspeed anything with 130 base with one Dragon Dance, and put the rest in HP.

For 1337 "N" I use "|\|"
