Quick question about PBR and Legendaries

K so I asked Gamestop if legendaries were allowed this weekend, they said why not, so question I have is will PBR even allow people to play legendaries?

I dont have PBR but I have heard that legendaries were not allowed in certain arenas or whatever in the game.

What does it matter if it's arenas or whatever?
You're gonna fight real players.

And if they aren't allowed in whatever place,
then tell Gamestop they told you you were allowed to use them,
and they won't have anything to reproach you about.

Seriously, use common sense once in a while.
