I don't think 5/10 Pokemon that are Feebas is normal. You're quite lucky. Took me days to find 1.

You misinterpreted what I said. What I meant is that when you find the specific spot feebas is located, the rate it apears is more than 50% at that specific spot.

well seeing as i have 16 feebas and a milotic.

im also lucky because i decided to hunt for feebas on the day that i got the master berry blender, which helped!
