The Unmatchable Rhydon & Ditto

At one time I caught a Missingno at level 146. It evolved into Rhydon(yes it went through the whole evolution screen). As u know Missingno goes back to 100...usually. For a while my Rhydon didn't. It managed to get to Level 246. However, after that it became the 1st Rhydon I've ever seen to go to Level 1. I now have a level 2 Ditto. Post ur comments on these bizzare pokemon here.

That's only in battle. If u just use rare candies on it it keeps going up.
