HELP with Febass please!!!

i really need help on how to get a febass on ruby, can someone tell me how?

You find feebas on route 119, fishing with a super rod. It is located in 6 different squares that are randomly placed around the route.They also change daily. Be sure to bring a pokemon that knows surf. What i did is i found the first entrance to the water, and went south as far as i could. Then i fished in every square and kept working my way up until i found it. The Feebas has a high catch rate once you find that spot.
