Question about Haze

Haze negates stat changes that happened before you use it right?
but does Haze negate stat changes for the whole battle

Nope, only Thickfog in DWM does that. And I doubt that anybody else still plays that anchient GBC gem.

It used to in R/B/Y, but it doesn't anymore.

Dragon Warrior Monsters. Old GBC game, I, and a couple of people I know, still play it (as well as Dragon Warrior Monsters 2). It's a really great RPG.
