Other things i wanted to talk about were about the pokedex.... I am getting increasingly annoyed as i have seen 200 pokemon and caught 199! the ONLY one i have had trouble with is..... Milotic... I have had several attempts and what im doing this time is getting only Pamtre berries (lv 50 indigo) and using them.... any ideas?

I was also wondering - do you achieve anything from getting a certain amount of stars on your trainer card?

Finding a Feebas is actually the hard part, so you're doing fine. Just give it the berries and it should lv up no problem---I wrote up a couple tips on the Help Thread so you may want to take a look there about evolving 'evolving feebas'. Maybe you'lll learn something helpful.

While you are there, you can also get info on the TC stars. But to answer your question, they are just for bragging rights.

About your team... no offence, but it's kind of noob-ish. Your Latias is okay, but not the best. But I'm thinking about advanced play, so if it's just to link battle your friends, then it's fine. As for Milotic, hang in there! You'll get it sooner or later!

Your movesets were really... not saying anything. I know that I gave competitiveish movesets, but they work the best. Do your best to get them, and to get those natures. Also, make sure you EV train your pokemon. If you don't know what that means, then forget about it for now, or go to www.serebii.com (http://www.serebii.com) and check the EV guide in the Ruby/Sapphire section.

The Latias is ok to have on any team and you taught it good attacks.
Rayquaza is good but you need to get rid of its Dragon Claw and teach it Fly which is a good attack when your low on HP. Moltres knows to many fire attacks. You could try to teach it some more flyng attacks. Your Mewtwo has a good combination of attacks. Your Blastoise has a good combination of attacks to but try to get rid of one of the Waterfalls that you Kyogre and Blastoise know. And Kyogre has a good attack set but you need to teach it Ice Beam or Rest.
