Just something I noticed while watching the Prisoner of Azkaban that in the Shrieking Shack scene, Sirius comments about Snape's parents, to which Snape grows furious. Also, in the Order of the Phoenix, when Harry looks in Snape's Pensive, he sees Snape crying in a corner while a man and a woman fight (Snape's parents?). I read in an interview that Rowling was worried that the prisoner of Azkaban movie "gave too much away". Could this be what Rowling meant?

I read in an interview too that she thought that there were 2 scenes in the prisoner of azkaban that she thought foreshadowed to the final book. Maybe that was one of them. Idk

I also noticed in the movie that when Lupin turned into a Werewolf, Snape protected Harry and the gang, by standing between them and Lupin. Did he do that in the book?

I think he did. I'm not sure though. The reason I think he did is because that Snape has saved Harry's life multiple times and I'm not sure if this is included or not. (If it isn't, then it wasn't in the book)

It wasn't in the book. Because in the book, Snape stayed knocked out until after the Dementors at the lake came and went.

Snape owed James that's why he saved him?

If that's what she meant, not too much was given away by it.
[In the pensieve, li'l Snape only references his parents arguing often. It doesn't seem like a major plot point, only why Snape is such a creepy guy.]

Spoiler Warning
Snape didn't really ever protect Harry because he felt indebted to James. I think Dumbledore just told Harry that at the time. I'm pretty sure that Snape was trying to protect Harry out of love for Lily.

That is, and has always been, Snape's one and only reason for doing the things he did since Voldemort killed Lily. He betrayed Snape by killing her despite telling him that he'd leave her alive. Snape got even in the end, I think, having helped Harry bring him down... However, he died lonely and miserable, and probably in alot of pain, but with honor at least.

I really don't think it's foreshadowing,I think it showed Snapes parents fighting to explain why he is so weird.

just tak all parts of the movie not introduced in the book, and eliminate them based on what connects them to future books.
and what if she meant the book after the 7th?
