Try to get focus band on shedinja so it's protected by super effective hits sometimes.

Ninjask: Good BPer, but agility is redundant with Speed Boost. Drop it for Silver Wind (breed with beautifly).
Shedinja: Good...
Scizor: Much better as an Endure-Sub-Reversaler. Use the moveset Endure, Reversal, Subsitute, and HP (Bug) with the EV spread 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP, and a jolly nature. Get Endure and Reversal by breeding with Heracross.
Charizard: Pretty good, but drop Slash for Fire Blast to hit Skarmory and Metagross. You may want to get rid of AA for Swords Dance and use Salac as the item as well.
Blastoise: MUCH better as a tank. Use the moveset Rapid Spin, Toxic, Protect, and Mirror Coat with a Careful Nature, and the EV spread 252 Def, 252 SpDef, 4 HP. Get Mirror Coat by breeding with Corsola.
Exploud: Use the moveset EQ, Fire Blast, Brick Break, and Shadowball for a straight up physical sweeper.
